I just signed up and I have been anxious over my debt with high interest rates and payments coupled with my low income. I was quickly assured by Jason,my credit counselor then by Ray during my onboarding. They are both very knowledgeable and very efficient at explaining every step of the process as well as answering any questions I had. To shorten my summary ICAN only say I wasted my time by delaying signing up. I am very pleased with every aspect of this plan and people as it pertains to my situation

Liars!!!
This company lied to us about what they would do and how much they would require of us. We were told one thing by the sales division and another by the law firm handling our account. Five Lakes Law Group called me to say they had an offer and I would have to increase my monthly amount . Then when I cancelled, they said they charged 27% for what they had handled! Never heard that before either!! DO NOT TEUST YHIS COMPANY
