I recently had 9 windows and 2 doors replaced by Ace and I believe the service was excellent. From the initial consultation Tony was very pleasant and I didn't feel pushed into the sale, the pricing was very competitive and reasonable compared to some other quotes I had received. I placed the order in mid-March and they were installed by mid-April. The installers themselves were efficient, tidied up after themselves and completed the work in 2 days. Overall I feel this company did a great job on my house and I am very pleased with the work that has been produced. I highly reccomend. 😁

From the time we went into the office and the windows and doors were fitted, the staff, planners and fitters were helpful, kind and full of advice. if you were'nt sure on something you just rang or popped into the office and you're query was sorted. Their work ethics are second to none, nothing was too much trouble. The fitters were there when was said and they stayed until they finished what they had to do everyday. They tidied up every day and left the house spotless. We would certainly recommend Ace Windows and Doors.

Fantastic quality product, excellent communication throughout and would definitely use them again. We have just had a new composite porch for and windows.

It was a pleasure dealing with Ace Double Glazing from start to finish. Each stage went well, from the initial survey, discussion of their recommendations, our visit to the showroom, receipt of the quote, timeliness of the product availability, and of course the final install. The team of two installers did a fantastic job and cleaned up after themselves. Everyone was courteous and professional, and the flow of communication was excellent. We are very happy with the quality of the two doors installed and they look great. I would highly recommend this company.

Fantastic company. Every single employee we’ve encountered has been a pleasure to deal with. Windows reasonably priced compared to other companies and look great. Fitters were on time, hardworking, tidy and friendly. Would highly recommend to anybody looking for windows or doors.

Asked Tony around to provide a second quote for a double glazed bedroom window, which a National Uk Company had said was needed to stop condensation forming in the bedroom. Tony was amazingly honest, not only did he provide advice on the condensation he also advised that the current window didn’t need replacing and I would most likely be spending out money to make a very small difference. He still provided a quote for a triple glazed window with two openings which to his credit was a quarter less than the National company’s quote for a double glazed single opening window.
I can honestly say, if i need to change my windows in the future, i wont be shopping around, i will go straight to Ace Double Glazing; thanks Tony.

Ace kept us informed throughout the whole process of ordering and fitting our huge new patio doors. The fitting was done very efficiently despite a hailstorm, rain and howling wind. The new doors look fantastic and the finish was excellent. We have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending Ace!

After having received a quote from Tony (Sales Manager) we found ACE to be most competitive and fair on price, when compared with other reputable window companies in/around the Plymouth area. The staff I engaged with were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient; they did everything they could to answer our questions and meet our requirements - nothing was too much trouble. They use up to date technology and methods to communicate with customers and each time I contacted ACE, I felt reassured in my decision to go with them and confident I was in safe hands.

The product and installation are both beautiful. We are well pleased! Matt and Luke the installers were on time and very professional and tidy in their work; they took much care of the decoration of our property as they went and cleaned-up at the end. They paid great attention to detail to the finishing touches and we instantly received positive feedback from neighbours who witnessed the windows and door being fitted. The style of the windows suit the design of the house so well, that passers-by and visitors have asked who installed them.

The entire process from beginning to end has been simple, swift and straight forward. Because of this, I have awarded ACE five stars and would definitely recommend them to others.

We had a full house plus front door install, the whole job was completed very professionally and quickly and looks amazing. We have received several comments from our neighbours admiring our windows and doors and every time we are happy to pass on the Ace name.

My nana had French doors and a porch out the front done. She’s asked me to write a review on her behalf saying David and Danny were really professional and the standard of work is amazing. Also she said all the lads who done the work were really professional and respectful of her home and always made sure to tidy up after themselves.

Extremely good service from start to finish. The fitter was very polite and easy to talk to. The work was done quickly and with no fuss. On completion he cleared up all his mess leaving the patio spotless and our home weathertight again

After Ace had fitted two new windows to my satisfaction, I had them back to replace my aged front and back doors. I was pleased with the response from Natalie in the office to help me get the product I wanted and the installer Peter did an excellent job. I am very pleased with how the doors look and how they will reduce my energy costs going forward. Have used ACE for our house since we moved in 2 years ago. They have completed several jobs for us, always to a high standard and are always able to amend any issues with professionalism and efficiency. Highly recommend.

We had them in 15 years ago for downstairs windows and doors and we used them again and once again they excelled in terms of product service and timeliness.

I have set the date as today due to seeing your response, yes there was a gap between your last visit and when I got in touch as it was not straight away are skirting boards and carpet rotted but you were informed as soon as we realised what was happening the door was still under warranty and i was very concerned about the property damage but on your last maintance visit the owner came down and tightened the locking plate so much when we went to lock the door we could not push the handle up so I had to slacken them again so we could lock the door that night, the report stated the adjustment was out on the hinges not the locking plate i never touched the hinges also the door was not in plumb which I stated numerous times even when you poured water on the frame it ran into my house not down the drain holes the manager did this test on his visit and the water ran away from the drain holes at the front of the frame and leaked onto the carpet not once did anyone from your company even turn up with a spirt level i used mine to show the last employee who visited how far out the door was I thought I had come up with a resolution as I wanted to change my basement door and I thought it would give you the opportunity to do the job correctly you did quote for a new front door but it was about £500 more than comparable quotes also when I employed a different company to sort this out they removed the door to find no sealant had been applied between the bottom of the door and the cill combined with the run into the property and the poor hinge adjustment this explains the issue I was having and yes I did walk up to the owners property as he had no issues with me going there in the evenings too pay him as he insisted on cash for some reason I do not recall any argument they said he's not well and they won't discuss the issue obviously I left as for the governing body you mention i know nothing about this as i only contacted citizens advice who were more than happy to help me with writing Emails and giving legal advice yes you did quote for new windows which was about 4 yrs ago and when you were in my house i said the door is still a problem you said you would drill holes in the frame and this has been the problem all along you wanted to do a quick fix and were not prepared to put the door in straight and i felt why am i having a door holed to rectify a issue that can easily be sorted by putting the door in straight you had been numerous occasions and we were not getting anywhere in getting it fixed correctly so i went with a different company for the windows and on are last dealings you even made me get a report stating the door was wrongly fitted which i did so i definitely do not class all this hassle good customer service i still would not have contacted you if it was not for the property damage because i was concerned what might have happened to the floor boards etc but as you refused to do anything about the property damage caused by the door i have paid to have the carpet, skirting board replaced and lets be honest you probably have insurance to cover this i have left a honest review and I will not comment again as I have been factual about my experience I have left a positive star rating as this is just a reply to your comments and I am not out to harm your business but just review my experience I still stand by my 1 star review
P.s since the door has been installed correctly I do not experience any problems of leakage you are more than welcome to call in and see for yourselves.

From the first phone call to the finished installation of three new windows, this has been a seamless experience. Matt, the installer, went the extra mile to ensure that everything ran smoothly from taking care to protect all my new decorations and carpets to cleaning up at the end of each day. You would not have known he had been! The standard of Matt’s work is exceptional and I thank him for his patience, care and conversation.
