ACI Logistix is a Total Scam

ACI Logistix is a total scam. THE worst customer service I have ever encountered. We still currently have an item for delivery that shows it has ben siting in their warehouse since December 9th, 2025. It is now January 3rd. The order was for a Christmas gift. I filled out 4 ticket inquiries with no response and have repeatedly try to get a response from ACI Logistix with no luck. Its obvious this company doesnt give a sh*t about delivering our packages and after seeing so many negative reviews all with similar stories, I'm surprised that companies continue to use this scam of a warehouse. This place needs to be invesitgated for loss and unscrupulous tactics.

Horrible company

Horrible company. Per the tracking the package is sitting for 7 days right here in my town at a delivery facility for which the address and phone number can’t be disclosed and there is only AI bot support no live support and no way to reach a supervisor.
Updates: 9 days of sitting at the delivery facility without moving - opened 3 tickets - no response from ACI. Unacceptable, unreliable, cannot be trusted

Don't use this company unless you want your packages to go missing

The horrible reviews of ACI Logistix are accurate. If any overseas (or domestic) company uses ACI Logistix, buyer beware. They do not respond to lost package inquiries and are unconcerned with customer reports of lost or misdelivered packages. This company recently merged with other shipping partners who describe themselves as shipping "disruptors." It is indeed disruptive when your packages are lost with no recourse. The shipper has been advised to stop partnering with this company, which will hopefully send a message that this kind of careless business practice is unsustainable.

This is a terrible company

This is a terrible company. I ordered a pkg from overseas. I had to contact that company as I couldn't figure out which delivery company used the supplied tracking number. When I got the proof the pkg was delivered, the pic of the pkg was not my house. I contacted ACI immediately and they did eventually send me a loss statement to send to the overseas company. That company rightly said it was ACI's issue. ACI maintains I need to work with the shipper to get a new product or refunded. It is ACI that is the problem. Terrible company. Will be contacting the BBB!

False delivery

Package marked as delivered at 11:40PM ET on 8 November but never received. Proof of delivery photo shows a package with a different address and a front door that is not mine.

ACI Logistix lies to customers and falsifies proof of delivery. ACI Logistix commits package theft.

Terrible

The packages have been accepted into the warehouse by ACI but never dispatched! I've never encountered such poor logistics service; the packages have likely been lost. Given the high value of the goods, my losses are substantial! Avoid this unreliable courier !

I got so worried when I saw that my…

I got so worried when I saw that my $150 from Woxer were shipped from this company because of the reviews. However, the agent delivered my order according to my request placed on their website. Just wanted to add a positive to the sea of negatives. Not discounting the bad experiences but rewarding the few good workers who take their jobs seriously. Hopefully more follow in her footsteps ( I saw the ring video)

Terrible experience with ACI Logistix

Terrible experience with ACI Logistix. The delivery person left the package at the wrong building (as evidenced by their delivery proof), even though the address in that building has no resemblance to my address. My address was correct and clearly shown on the label (which you can see from the delivery pictures). This building doesn't have a doorman and now the package is lost. This was a very important package, and I don't have any response from them.

Horrible experience with ACI Logistix.
They delivered my package to the wrong address and falsely claimed it was delivered to me. The delivery person even took a picture of the package with no background, clearly to hide the actual location where it was left. Because of this, I never received my order and never got my money back.

I contacted ACI Logistix multiple times, created support tickets, and even wrote to them directly. I have never received a single reply. Absolutely unacceptable. This company is unprofessional, unresponsive, and cannot be trusted. Avoid them at all costs.

Total headache of a company

Twice now I have been let down by ACI Logistix. Once they delivered my packaged to a fully different address, wouldn't tell me where, and would not help me find or replace my parcel. Most recently, they've claimed to have attempted to deliver a parcel twice without ever coming to my front door and will not tell me where the parcel is now in the system. Avoid at all costs if you want anything actually delivered

No updates or delivery

They have 2 packages sitting at their hub facility for over 5 days with no updates or delivery!!! You can’t even get in touch with someone to find out what’s going on! Awful shipping company.

No customer service in their service

The companies delivery person left my package in an unsecured area even though it’s stated that it isn’t supposed to to left there.

This happened on June 15 and despite many emails to them they haven’t responded.

I understand now why this company has such a low rating.

Aci Logistix definitely is getting a 5…

Aci Logistix definitely is getting a 5 star from me! I’m not going to lie though when I saw the review about them I was getting worried but what I loved about Aci Logistix was that my items got delivered early! Even though SHEIN took a long time but when the ppl came to deliver my stuff it was around 9am. Thank you so much!

ACI Logistics stole my package!

ACI Logistics faked a delivery of my package and stole it. The delivery driver took a picture of a tablet showing a generic package delivery image and used that as the delivery proof.

ACI has horrible delivery

I recently ordered a package from shein. unfortunately they use ACI!
ACI DELIVERY PERSON DOES NOT FOLLOW DIRECTIONS!!! i specifically asked for my package to be delivered to my apt door! THEY LEFT IT IN THE LOBBY. i get a text stating it was delivered. so 5 mins later when i get downstairs,THE PACKAGE WAS GONE!
ACI SAID THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO ABOUT IT & to contact shein! but THIS ISNT SHEINS FAULT!!!
its ACIs FAULT!!!
the delivery person didn’t follow simple instruction’s,so either the delivery person stole my package or someone in the building did!
HORRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE!!!!
i reported them to BBB!
