The reception desk ladies were extremely helpful, friendly and very professional, Leslie was the lady I dealt with, she is knowledgeable and very friendly. Acorn - Macclesfield
I recently part-exchanged my car at Acorn Macclesfield and my experience couldn’t have gone any smoother. The car I fell in love with happened to be at another Acorn dealership and within 24 hours of me showing interest, the car had been delivered to Macclesfield for me.
All in all, the process took 4 days for my new car to be on my driveway (during a Bank Holiday weekend too!)
Now that’s what I call great customer service!
Huge thanks to David at Macclesfield who once again, has provided an outstanding experience for me & my family.

Safety recall for vehicle, easy to arrange a convenient time for the appointment, staff were really polite and professional, investigation completed (turns out my car didn't need it), and car cleaned and vacuumed all by the time they said it would be.
