My Kia was due its service
My Kia was due its service. I booked on line which was very easy & could select the date I wanted. I also knew what it was going to cost.
The team at KIA Macclesfield were friendly & the garage was clean & welcoming. I also could get a free coffee whilst I waited. The bill was explained to me when it was time to pay. The garage itself is very convenient for transport links & the town centre should I choose not to wait for my car in the future.

Pleasant staff, courtesy car given without any upsell of insurance for the day, good communication, flexible on pickup when I was running late. Really great experience, so different to Hyundai who are AWFUL compared to the excellent service with you! Thanks!

All aspects of the car purchased were very good. Jenna was very friendly, knowledgeable, patient and not at all "pushy". She was very understanding when we had to postpone collection at short notice. The car was very well prepared and sufficient time was spent to fully explain controls etc. The whole purchase was a pleasure!

The last time we bought a new Kia through a dealership the experience was awful, the salesman was pushy and we were not kept up to date with anything. Fantastic team, Simon is an excellent mechanic and Steve in parts was brilliant. Had service and MOT done. Had wipers changed and the only reason slightly marked down is that my wipers needed adjusting as they were not clearing the screen. Will be going back for my MOT advisories.
