Charity targets Vulnerabilities

Disgusting discriminatory service who is using deaf people to improve profit margins. This is no longer a charity committed to supporting deaf people. They are now marketing vulnerabilities for profit. One of their members silenced a boy who appeared frustrated and told him to shut up. It looked very upsetting and was a distressing experience for us to witness.

Biggest regret of my life

my son moved into the care of action on hearing loss in 2004 and he was found dead in his bed in 2014.
In my opinion, it was neglect and abuse that led to his death. His health deteriorated while he was under the care of action on hearing loss.
I felt there was no proper care and they used psychodrama therapy on him to isolate him from his family.
I regret so much that I ever got involved with them.

If I could them a zero rating I would

If I could them a zero rating I would. Phone arrived and stopped working within 28 days so returned to them. No acknowledgement of email complaint or return package. Spoke to 2 customer services representatives who sounded bored and were unhelpful. I certainly wouldn't recommend purchasing a phone from them.

Excellent customer service throughout.

Excellent customer service throughout.
hen arranged for an engineer to evaluate 3 separate desks, he turned up on time and again when coming for the installation, he was very discreet and aware of the working environment and installed the equipment with minimum interruption to the service. Afterwards, he provided full training to members of the Front of House team with a very professional manner. There was always immediate follow up from the Action for Hearing team every step of the process. I highly recommend.

Dreadful customer service

Dreadful customer service. Half the order missing, told I would have an answer in an hour. Called back after two hours to be told it would be 48 hours before they even knew if they had the item to send. Won’t shop with them again
