A valued experience
I was busy that day so the service passed quickly. Ryan 8306 & his partner got on with the service quickly & efficiently. Near the end I asked Ryan a question about some puncture item which he advised me about satisfactorily. As I couldn't find my service book he stamped my manual for my records thankfully.

Excellent service
This was my first time using RAC Mobile Mechanics and I was very impressed. George was professional, thorough and friendly, and explained everything clearly. Both mechanics solved the problem!
Both mechanics were calm, efficient and friendly. They solved my problem [dead battery!] easily and professionally.

Wonderful service
I cannot fault how the engineer dealt with any queries I had about what was been done to the car at the end of the Service explained everything that had been done and I can’t fault anything. and not forgetting how easy it was to actually book the car in for a service. This helps me a lot as I am registered disabled and find it hard to actually get to garages and having to leave the car. Where is with this service? The engineer comes straight to your home and in no time the job is done. I would recommend this service.

Mark the mobile mechanic was very pleasant and courteous and fitted the alternator with a bit of a problem due to position of the alternator overcame problem and I was pleased with result.

Disappointing
The first man (Marcus) who came out to fix my alternator didn't ensure that everything was put back correctly and when I drove the car afterwards, the car was whining and losing power. I had to wait three days for the car to be looked at again and fixed. This time it was by a man named Daniel. He was very helpful and apologetic. He fixed the issue and took the car for a test drive.
