Great service from the RAC
Thomas Chapman from the RAC serviced my car at my home, he was prompt and very efficient. I would recommend the company and will use them again. So much easier than taking my car to a garage and having to wait around and the price was good too. Very pleased!

Simon came on time and got on with the job quickly and professionally. I have the highest regard for both him and also for the RAC Mobile Mechanics service.
Sadly I cannot say the same for the initial contact process. I had to make several calls to them. The first one gave me completely wrong information and transferred me to another Department who were completely irrelevant to my request. I then received conflicting messages from them. Another call I made to them gave me more and different inaccurate information re the time the Mechanics started and phone calls made.
I was extremely disappointed in this aspect of your service and very nearly gave up the whole process in order to go back to the local garage.
This is an area which needs urgent attention.

Absolutely great service
Absolutely great service, I am terrible with names and I forgot the guys name but his badge number is 8043 (sorry again for forgetting his name) but he was genuine respectful and appreciated how well kept the car is, which is always a bonus, you can tell he has a real passion for the car's as well as the job.
The work carried out was a major service so I had everything checked and part's replaced which was done on the driveway so no waiting around or having to leave the car at a garage.
The booking process was easy and straightforward with no issues.
Overall very happy I went with the RAC and will be a returning customer in the future.
