RAC Mobile Mechanics
I’d never used RAC mobile mechanic before so I wasn’t sure what to expect.
Everything was easy and convenient.
I received regular emails/texts regarding date and times.
The mechanic arrived, carried out the work and then gave the key back.
He was polite and gave recommendations for future work that might be needed, even when the parts couldn’t be supplied by the RAC.
Will 100% recommend and use this service again.

" On the road again!" thanks to Alex (8567)
Many thanks to Alex (8567) who did a great job of getting my beloved van back on the road. He was able to arrive a little earlier than planned, and gave us a courtesy call to check if convenient . Prompt fitting of new part, very professional and polite. He also picked up that there was another area of attention needed and gave my wife the appropriate advice to rectify the problem. Overall a very positive experience, and would have every confidence of using again in the future. Recommended!

The techinician was a caring person
The techinician was a caring person, he did the job in a bad weather as it was pouring without any hesitation and would lie down at times on the wet ground. After he asked if there was any help I wanted and gave advice of how to take care of my car. He responded well to whatever I asked and showed empathy.

Michael was brilliant.
Michael was brilliant contacted us when he was on his way . Then kept us informed when he was delayed due to a RTA . Still managed to complete changing a U/S starter motor on my van.
Great that they come to the house I would definitely recommend.
