Great communication and arrived when they said they would.

Peter phoned before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he introduced himself and explained what he was going to do. He also advised he may not be able to carry out one of the add-ons (brake fluid change) as it can take a lot of work and time on older cars like mine, which did turn out to be the case. Obviously, he made sure I wasn't charged for that. The service was carried out efficiently and he then explained there were a couple of potential issues to be aware of going forward which would need to be sorted in time.
Such an easy process from booking online to completion of the work.

Horrible service , payment taken work not done and customer service don’t even bother with refunding the money

The mechanic was lovely, polite, knowledgeable and punctual. However, car has gone into garage for MOT today and failed on several things including needing a new tyre and loose fitting for the exhaust. Disappointed that these were not identified during the service

First time using RAC mobile mechanics to service my car and as we live in a village it was very convenient not having to drive to garage and arrange for someone to pick me up, mechanic called in plenty of time prior to arrival and was very friendly and professional explained everything I needed to know and it was all very painless, would highly recommend and many thanks to Denver the mechanic for the great service.

The mechanics arrived earlier than I thought which was great.
The mechanics were very thorough and talked me through what I needed to do with the coolant after they had fitted the pump.
All in all a very good experience.

Rob carried out my full service and kept me informed throughout the process. He explained the condition of the car, what needed replacing and the timeframe I had to get it sorted, along with constructive feedback on the problem. He was professional and very informative and really nice.

The booking process was easy — I booked online and received reminders by both email and text, which was great. Rob called in the morning with a time and was straightforward. Quick and easy.

Repair was seamless, but best of all was the intuition.

I had also booked the car into a local garage, telling them the various fault lights and unusual behaviour. At that point, it would have been nice if the garage had said, 'Sounds like an ABS sensor needs replacing. We'll send someone around to do it.' But no, they said, 'Bring the car in in three weeks time and we'll have a look.'

Meanwhile, Motability must have informed the RAC, who got involved and someone came around to do the computer check. However, there are still ambiguities, even with the check. But the person was experienced enough to know that ten to one it was an ABS sensor. A few days later, the mobile mechanic came around, replaced the sensor, took the car for a drive, and all was well. Happy ending to my story, so thanks for reading. Hope it wasn't a waste of time.

Very good but would have liked some information re time of mechanic coming to fix battery - had to wait in all day from 8 am information until mechanic at 2.30

Excellent service from Ross today (8797) - very personable, explained the issue clearly and fixed it promptly - and let my young son ‘help’, inspiring the next generation!
