Extremely Disappointed and Outraged by ADCB’s Utter Negligence
I am writing this review with utter disappointment, frustration, and growing anger over the appalling handling of my case by ADCB. Over 55 days ago, I reported a fraudulent transaction that resulted in a loss of more than AED 9,000 from my account — money that was stolen due to what I can only describe as a severe lapse in your cybersecurity protocols and internal systems.
From day one, it was evident this was a result of poor digital infrastructure and lack of adequate security protocols. It is both shocking and unacceptable that in this age, a bank of ADCB’s stature can allow such breaches to occur. I was initially assured that the investigation would be concluded and the amount remitted back to me within 45 days. That deadline has long passed, and not only has my money not been returned, but the responses from your customer care have become increasingly vague, repetitive, and frankly, insulting. All I am told is that “the investigation is still ongoing” — with no clear explanation, no updates, and absolutely no sense of urgency or accountability.
How long does it take to investigate a case that was clearly caused by your own internal security failings? You have failed not just in protecting my account, but in taking timely and responsible action to resolve this issue. Your customers trust you with their savings and livelihoods — and this is how you repay that trust?
The way ADCB has handled this case is beyond disappointing — it is unprofessional, negligent, and downright disrespectful. I feel disheartened and helpless, having to follow up multiple times with no outcome, all while my hard-earned money continues to sit in limbo.
I demand immediate escalation of my case, transparent communication, and most importantly — the prompt return of the AED 9,000 that was stolen due to your failure. Every single day that passes without resolution is a reflection of how little you value your customers.
This has been one of the worst banking experiences of my life — and I will not stop raising my voice until this is resolved and others are made aware of the risks they face by banking with ADCB.

15 years before when i had an account with ADCB i felt that it was one of the best bank in UAE. Now in 2025 i cannot recomnend this bank to any of my collegues as there service is very bad. I don't recommend ADCB bank, not profesional, specially Deira branch, my account manager not helping or supporting on any request i may have. my experience is that this bank is not a trusted bank, they don't commit to any contract or engagement, their only objective is to charge fees, hidden fees and interest rate. be careful if you have any loan with this bank and you want to change the work and switch to a another company, they will block the bank account and take all the money without any permission or explaination.

I just wanna say if anything bad happened to me today, you know whom to blame!!! I was late for 2 months then I paid my dues yet everytime I have money in my account they take it, then they say oh it's just a system fault!!!! Now I am far away from home, doesn't have fuel to go back. I am diabetic with miles away from my insulin and no money to have food cause they clewared all my balance they took all my money while I don't owe them anything!!! 7 years with this bank never missed a payment, and this is how they treat you when you had some difficulties!!!! The security guy named 'SAJIT' from ADCB Dalma was very rude to me,I went bank twice today due to some problem and asked him very gently but I don't know whats wrong with him he replied me in a very rude manner & although I was inside the bank he told me to go outside and call the customer care.Is that the way how he treat the customer??
