Totally I don’t like this bank I got from them so many problem most of them don’t have ideas how to work and treat customer but in the end I found one extremely educated polite help center operator Islam fami all my problem he fix in 5 min and he was listening me and explain me everything so polite way I am glad I can find in dubai like this professional people

Disappointing Experience with ADCB Bank - Unauthorized Transfer and Scam Warning

I am deeply disappointed by my recent experience with ADCB Bank. A significant issue occurred where an unknown amount was transferred from my account via Google Pay, even though I never activated a Google Pay account. Additionally, I received an OTP late at night, but as I was sleeping, I missed the notification. By the time I checked in the morning, the transaction had already gone through.

On the same day, we immediately reported the incident to both the bank and the police. A total of 3000 AED was transferred from my account to an electrical company in the UAE, THAER AL SABAH Electrical. This is a clear sign of a larger scam targeting ADCB cardholders.

I urge all my friends, family, and fellow bank customers to take action—please block your cards and cancel your accounts with ADCB immediately to protect yourselves from potential fraud.

I recently had a disappointing…

I recently had a disappointing experience with ADCB when I discovered an unauthorized transaction on my account. Despite visiting the branch and reporting the issue, the problem was not resolved promptly.

The lack of communication and delayed resolution caused me significant inconvenience. I hope the bank will take steps to improve their customer service and security measures.

Worst bank

Horrible customer service, I've been waiting for my credit card for almost one year now and still didn't get it. Basically nothing works, no online banking, no money transfers, they are zero helpful, good luck solving any kind of problems yourself. They don't give a ... about you and your experience

Absolute thieves..

Absolute thieves... If you are traveling in the UAE, avoid their ATMS at all costs. It would practically be cheaper to fly back to your own country, they cut so many fees. Lost 70 bucks today thanks to their daylight robbery. Don't use them in any way, shape, or form.

For charging in international fees in…

For charging in international fees in cost you too much. I send 158 aed in the Philippines bank. they charge me 105 aed. I send in morning. still evening it didn't receive. Very disappointed in this bank. Dont try to use this bank. Not recommended at all 👎👎👎 for 1 star rate still not deserving. I am sorry but is true!

Withdrawn some money from adcb without my permission ,
for last 5 days I am asking this, mailed 4 times but no responses, so be careful. I lost 2753.58 AED, please note.

I recently faced a frustrating…

I recently faced a frustrating situation with ADCB. After forgetting my debit card at a location, I arranged for its delivery. However, upon arrival, the delivery was stopped because I didn’t have an ID, even though I provided my original passport. I explained that it was an emergency as I needed to visit the hospital for a medical test, but they still refused to release my card. This left me without access to money during a critical time. The lack of flexibility and understanding in such an urgent situation was deeply disappointing.
