I ordered an item (£300+) on 12th January which still hasn't arrived (13th Feb). I gave some leeway as it was coming from Germany and we since then we have 'come out of' Europe.
I got an email saying it was on its way, with a tracking link. That no longer works and I can't get any reply from Addnature as to what's happening. Their automatic email says they're exceptionally busy due to high demand (for camping and travel gear?). That's not very plausible. I feel I'm being put off and won't ever receive my item.

Stay away- no refund
It is not possible to find out whether this company is still operating and financially afloat. I tried tor return an item during the return period but the pre-paid returns labels as rejected by the carrier. Company provides no phone number as contact, so I emailed twice and have not heard back at all from them (1 week). I am out of pocket a substantial amount.
Shocking service
Shocking service! Ordered boots just before Christmas and received an email to say they had been dispatched. After no correspondence for nearly 3 weeks I contacted the company yesterday who replied to say they were processing my return when I had never even received the boots! Avoid this company at all costs!!
Surprise payments and poor customer care
I purchased a toddler snowsuit. The package came very late. This could be understandable given the fact that I ordered this around Christmas Time. I received an email saying they will deliver at a certain time and I should be at home. There was no delivery at the time. When I used track option there was no information. After sometime (3 or 4 days later) when I checked the delivery status of my purchase, I was invited to pay £30 for duty and commission fees. I contacted addnature they told me that this should not be happening and they would get back to me. They did not. Based on this experience, I would not recommend them as the customer care is poor among other things.
Edit: I received a refund about £30, so this indicates that they care about the customer. The reason why I did not give 5-star is the problems in the delivery.

Great experience all around
Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
In July 2020 I placed an order for a raincoat set. It arrived and was a different coat from the description. I sent 3 messages about this via the AddNature website and didn’t hear back. I then sent an email in September and an email in October and didn’t hear back. I left a review on E Trusted Shops and had a reply on there saying the listing would be updated to be accurate, but there was no real apology and no offer to correct the mistake. Finally, in November (!!) I received an apology via email, and a £10 voucher code.
Because their prices were cheaper than anywhere else, I placed a new order with them in November for some walking boots. The £10 discount code did not work. I emailed customer service about this and I was told that the £10 would be credited to my chosen payment method instead. This never happened.
I decided to return the footwear I'd bought as none of the pairs were quite suitable (in fact, one pair was actually damaged). I had to send several emails to get clarification on the refund process as the postage label generator on their website did not recognise one of the order numbers that had been provided. I did eventually get a reply and was able to return the footwear, but then I only received an odd, partial refund without explanation (£8.15 from a £396 order!). I then emailed several times without getting a reply. My partner became frustrated on my behalf and she contacted them via Instagram. She received a reply the same day saying someone would look into it, but I had no reply to any of my emails.
In the end, I received the refund for but it came in four separate, illogical amounts, without explanation.
In December, I placed a third and final order from the website (but only because I was buying something I knew for sure I would not need to return!). The £10 voucher code issued to me to apologise for the initial mistakes/poor service has never worked, was never deducted manually from any of my orders (as they said it would be), so became an empty gesture.
TL;DR: This has been some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They sold me a product which didn't match the description, sent a voucher code which they then refused to honour, provided me with tracking and returns numbers that didn't work, split refunds across multiple confusing transactions, and at every stage I have had to chase their customer service and send multiple messages to get a response (and in some cases I've never heard back at all).
I really like the service.

Have an outstanding customer complaint regarding wrong item delivered, had initially been in regular communication no nothing complete silence. Please contact me as this is a present for my daughter who will be devastated.
Jacket never turned up
Ordered a jacket with black friday discount and waited patiently for delivery. I received a shipping notification and link to DPD tracking fairly quickly. I checked the tracking link over the course of the week and it never seemed to change. After no communication for 2 weeks, I then received an email thanking me for my return! I am pretty annoyed as I would have used the black friday discount at another store if I knew how unreliable Addnature are. I can no longer get it from another store as they are all back to double the price which is unaffordable for me.

Great Service to the UK
Ordered Okukai flip flops. They got delivered to the UK from Germany on a Sunday by DPD. Took about a week. Product is perfect , great price, good comms, good delivery and there was a prepaid return label in the box which you don’t see very often. So very happy.

Purchased a coat on black Friday discount. Said it was in stock. Almost a week later they just refund me (without checking if I want to wait for it to come back in stock) and say it was out of stock, try again in a few weeks. I asked for a discount code seeing as I'd now missed out on purchasing this coat I've been waiting to purchase for a couple of months, would have tried another site if their stock levels had been truthful when I purchased. I understand things can go out of stock, so thanked them for letting me know too. They offered me a £5 voucher, when I'd had over £100 off on the black friday deal. Absolute jokers! Disgraceful customer service. Don't waste your time. They had my money for almost a week and gave me no option to wait for the coat. Probably a scam I'm guessing, they hope I'll purchase at full price from them at a later date, that definitely won't be happening!

OK, I was a little unsure about ordering from this company as I saw the many negative reviews but the price was far too good for me to refuse.
I have to say everything has gone very smoothly. I received confirmation as soon as I placed the order. I ordered 2 items. One was sendlt 2 days later but their website does say they are having some shipping delays. My first item was received 3 days after I ordered it and my second item was 5 days after I ordered it. Bear in mind that this is from Germany to UK.
I can't fault this company's service. I used PayPal just incase there were any problem.
I genuinely give this online store 5 stars for communication, delivery and price.

Don't bother wasting your time and…
Don't bother wasting your time and money with this company. Firstly, they are not based in the UK, they are based in Germany. But, most importantly, they're just bloody awful. Said it takes 7 days from the days of order to receive your order. After 7 days they emailed to say part of my order was not in stock. 2 Days after that email, they sent my other item, which was then delivered 2 weeks after I placed me order. They then sent me a pair of boots with a massive scratch on the top of them. Have noticed that they keep creating new trustpilot review pages so the negative ones, keep getting pushed back. Just don't bother. UPDATE STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND, THEY'RE NOT RESPONDING TO ANY EMAILS.
