I had my assessment with Suzanne Pitchford, she was so so great and gave me tips and tricks I could use. I felt really supported and validated through my whole journey!

I wanted to say a huge thankyou to Jack and Jacob in the customer service team .They delivered first class service.I was very anxious as i hadn't received my prescription in the post.A process had to be followed, however, the problem concerned Royal Mail.My tracking number wasn't giving me any information for several days. However, following my call to them one evening. They advised that they would do there best to sort this out.The following morning i received a phone call from Jacob. He advised me that i need not worry, as the tracking number was now showing the details required.I received the prescription the same day.Fantastic result guys. Many thanks for your help snd support.David Skinner.

It was nice for both Ashton and myself to be heard. And the advice and info was really good.

Made the whole experience very comfortable and slowed both myself and my child to be very open with our comments

I was supported throughout and the process was straight forward. Considering I didn't go privately, the timescale of 6 moths from start to finish was very acceptable. I feel grateful I had the opportunity to get the diagnosis I never got as a child. Thank you. :)

The assessment, diagnosis & treatment were super efficient & prompt. I do think the initial questionnaire could have a version for younger clients (we were doing it together at at ten years old he was puzzled by words such as suicide ideation). Or there could be a RISK category parents could complete if needed. We were so impressed with ADHD360 we are thinking of having our daughter assessed too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Thank you to ADHD 360 for making the process so far smooth. It has been a difficult and challenging few years with not understanding why I have been struggling but ADHD 360 have showed compassion and understanding.
At the diagnoses assessment process, I was instantly made to feel relaxed, listened to and validated and it feels as though I finally have clarity. Thank you ☺️

I have previously given a good review on one of the clinicians. Since I moved to the stage of repeat prescription, the service started to decline gradually, until it became disastrous. To get my prescription in time I had to go through hell every single month. The worst experience I had was this month. I requested my prescription on the 16th of April. I then spoke to a lady over the phone on Tuesday 21/4/26 at 17:12 to chase it as checking on the portal it wasn’t prescribed. She basically told me that no matter how early I requested my prescription, I won’t get them in time. She said that prescribers are overwhelmed because everyone is requesting and they can’t serve everyone in time. She then added that it’s ok to not have my tablet for few days as I’d be fine. When I asked her if she was a clinician she said no! I then told her in details what would happen if I miss my tablets, she did not apologise. I said to her that she must be tired and that I’d call and speak to someone else the next day, she then said that no one would help me more than she did! As if she was super helpful! Anyway, I called next day on 22/4/26. Another lady answered the phone. The prescription was written on that day, I paid the £10 postage fee also same day, until today 24/4/26, I have not received my prescription paper. The service is appalling with no respect to patients or consideration of the urgency of their treatment. They do really need to improve on their customer service and provide better care for their patients.
Addendum: I have received the prescription paper today at mid day. I still need to take it to a pharmacy to order it. That will make it 9 days to receive the paper prescription and 2-3 days more to receive the medication a total of 12 days to receive a prescription medication. This could have taken much longer had I not been chasing. Something needs to be done to organise this mess.

Amy Perry was amazing! She asked questions in a way my Grandson understood as she explained each one and she had a calm voice which made Dylan feel relaxed and not anxious. This process from start to finish has been great for me too and not stressful at all although I had to get my daughter in law to help me set up the meeting using her laptop as I don’t have one so maybe make it possible for people like myself to use there phones. Please. Thank you for all your help.

Actual appointment was amazing, felt safe & comfortable throughout and got my results and medication sorted by the end of it too which I wasn't expecting!
The 360 website isn't the best experience though, it could definitely do with some UX/UI updates. Additionally the process up to the appointment doesn't seem very well designed given the target audience.
