I had high hopes for this order, but the whole experience left me disappointed. The tracking information was inaccurate for most of the delivery window. There were unexpected charges at checkout that... See more

Complete disaster
Complete disaster. I placed an order 3 weeks ago and still don't know when will be delivered.
This company is a big joke.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I purchased a lot of Fifa footballs for a client and needed to know where they were manufactured and if they could supply a CR certification for these. Neither questions could be ansswered so I tried google which was a lot more helpful. I got cut off at least 6 times each time I calledwith a query. Totally unacceptable customer services. Espencially when I spent over £2000....
Major Company. Major Letdown!
I should have come here first. As I can only echo the first couple of reviews I read, lousy customer service. Poor time lines, never even got to see the product I paid for.
One upside, after waiting two weeks they finally paid me back my own money.
Never again for me. This is how companies go under.
Very disappointed with these Adidas…
Very disappointed with these Adidas shoes. They caused painful blisters and cuts on the back of my feet after only a short time of wearing them. Despite having proof of purchase, I was unable to exchange them because I no longer had the receipt or the box. Poor comfort and poor customer service. I expected much better from Adidas.😔I will think twice before purchasing Adidas again.
Recieved worn out shoes and couldnt return
I received damaged shoes and reported this. Subsequently, the return was not accepted, even though the wear and tear was not my fault. Now, after contacting an unhelpful customer service multiple times, I have to pay for shoes that I received worn out.
Poor Customer Service
I’ve been a loyal adidas customer for decades and it’s the brand I purchase most often, which makes this experience particularly disappointing.
In late February 2026, I purchased a pair of Supernova Rise GTX running shoes. The main reason for choosing this model was the Gore-Tex waterproof protection, as I wanted to keep my feet dry during runs in wet conditions.
After no more than three runs and less than 30km of use, I contacted adidas because my feet were completely soaked after every run. The shoes were providing no noticeable benefit over a standard non-waterproof running shoe, leading me to believe there was a manufacturing defect.
The shoes were returned to adidas for inspection, but I was subsequently informed that a visual assessment had found no fault and that the shoes would be returned to me. I requested a copy of the inspection report or any evidence supporting this conclusion, but none has been provided.
What is particularly frustrating is that adidas also acknowledged that a premium Gore-Tex shoe with such minimal use should not be leaving my feet wet. Despite this, my complaint was rejected without any meaningful explanation or supporting evidence.
As a long-standing adidas customer, I expected far better customer service and a more thorough investigation into what appears to be a clear product issue. This experience has significantly damaged my confidence in both the product and the company’s after-sales support.
Won’t recommend
I don’t know why I slipped to buy adidas shoes… at first felt comfortable but after just an hour of wearing them both feet started to hurt. It’s the pain was building up ! Never again this brand.
Buy trainers elsewhere
When ordering on the website it automatically drops off your house number on the delivery despite clicking on the full address when using the postcode search. This means your delivery will be stuck with Royal Mail for a week and then returned.
Adidas customer service will then say you entered the address incorrectly. When you call to say there is an error on the system and it drops off the house number, they admit this happens quite a lot but have not fixed the issue.
I spoke to Abigail who has a serious attitude problem. No managers to speak to. Just have to wait for the item to be returned and a refund will be issued. Zero customer service
Gift Card Fraud
Purchased 3 Zift Zillions cards and successfully converted it to adidas. The numbers were then used by an international freight company. Customer service both refused to help and didn't even mention flagging the fraudulent behavior or banning the fraudster's account.
Horrendous after sales service.
At least you can chat to them. But completely horrndous customer experience. I would not recommend them. They show a discount code, and won't honour it, because they say it's expired, yet I saw the code pushed to me today. They say, thanks for letting us know, it should not be there, but we will not honour it. They then refused to connect me with a supervisor.
Be careful with Adidas return fraud🚨🚨🚨🚨
Be careful with Adidas. They delivered my order late—past the scheduled delivery date—and accepted the return. I sent it back, but 22 days later, they denied my refund and kept the products without offering any explanation. Now I am going to sue them for theft or fraud.
After 2022 i can yes adiddas has lost…
After 2022 i can yes adiddas has lost their quality. All new pairs cant stand so long as it was be before. Yes they have very good new collections, but it is a big difference between last era

I bought a jacket online and ji wanted to exchange it for a bigger size
Then I got a email to say I was unable to get a refund or an exchange so I texted the contact team to know why and they said it had a strong Oder which I don’t know how because I literally tried it on for two seconds
I am not impressed at all and I will never be buying clothes of adidas again I am so angry and disappointed because I didn’t do anything and I had everything in perfect condition 😡😡😡
Garbage product and worse customer service
I know Adidas shoes are garbage quality, but I have $100 in gift cards that I need to spend so I purchased a pair of shoes from them. They were junk and didn't fit at all, so I returned them (unworn) to an Adidas store, who told me by phone that I would be refunded immediately. After they entered the return, they told me was "good" despite having given me no refund. As it turns out, they marked the shoes for return to the Adidas warehouse. I was told I would get a refund "within 24-48 hours of the warehouse receiving the shoes." The website also states you will get the refund "immediately" if you paid with an Adidas gift card, which I did. The warehouse received the shoes on 5/15 and I was due a refund on 5/17. That didn't happened. I called Adidas again and was told that the return could take "up to 3 business days." That deadline was 5/19. That didn't happen either. On 5/21 I called again and was told "3 to 5 business days." That would put the deadline about 1 hour past the time of my call. That didn't happen either. It is now 5/22 - 10 calendar days since my return to the store and 6 business days since the warehouse received said return - and I STILL do not have my refund. In fact, the Adidas website still says "In Inspection." Every time I call, I get someone who barely speaks any English that gives me a deadline that changes literally every time I call. If they pass the deadline, they just make up a new one. At this point they have the product AND my money. Even worse, if I ever do get a refund, it will be an Adidas gift card and I will have to go through this nightmare with their garbage product and worse customer service all over again. Don't EVER buy Adidas products.
Always good for me
Always good for me, quick to deliver and easy returns.
the wost customer service
I didn’t expect Adidas to have such terrible customer service. I ordered an item and received a tracking number, so I assumed everything was fine. After a few days, they told me not to worry because the package was on the way. Then, a few days later, I found out the package was supposedly lost. They never contacted me to explain the situation — I had to call them myself.
When I called customer service, the experience was extremely frustrating. The calls kept cutting off, making communication very difficult, and the representatives were rude and unable to provide clear information or assistance. I was told I would receive a refund in 5–10 business days, which is unacceptable considering this issue was not my fault.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience with both the delivery process and customer support.
Sandals seem to be designed for people without toes
I ordered the Terrex Hydroterra sandals and they had a bizarre design flaw where the strap across the toes was far too short to fasten. The two sides of Velcro did not even touch when my foot was in the sandal - it seemed to be designed to be fastened flat across the base with no foot in it. Even then, the two sides of Velcro did not meet all the way! The strap on the right sandal was slightly longer than the one on the left, so the length does not seem to be consistent. I have tried to leave a review on the product page but it does not seem to be possible to do this.
Needed to exchange a size for shoes…
Needed to exchange a size for shoes that were given to me as a gift. The shoes had not been worn and the size I needed to exchange was available. Adidas refused to help because they were out of the exchange time window. After I sent the picture with the tag as requested. Very poor customer service.

I bought a 2x (obviously only for tall people, husky small body builders don't count) and I caant even get the sleeves over my elbows. The cuffs are so tight they leave blisters if left on longer than 12 hours. Qualitibetter than most but really sucking on sizeing I'd leave a picture here but not allowed
The quality has become simply…
The quality has become simply disgusting, the prices have gone up. I'm constantly receiving clothes in the wrong size, they take a long time to replace them, and the customer support is terrible.
