Very poor service. Agents appear to only make actions after phone calls, they appear to leave about 10-14 days per action that they make. It has taken 18+ months to settle my claim despite having no fault.

I instructed solicitors at ADMIRAL LAW serious injuries team to act on my behalf concerning a car accident I was involved in, they were excellent! very easy to deal with very easy to speak to and explained everything very simply as legal stuff can get quite confusing but I encountered none of that so it was really good. The claim was very sizeable 6 figures (I was severely injured) they charged a fair price which was discussed before undertaking the claim and the fees and costs were very acceptable and they got me a very acceptable compensation amount which was paid out very quickly aswell, we were left with no questions or worries. The claim took about 2 years from the incident to actually having the money in my bank account but alot of that was delays with police and procurement of documents rather than admiral law causing delays. When there was any delays I was constantly informed and also they were very kind in asking how I was doing etc periodically I felt as though they genuinely cared about me and the situation. So overall excellent highly recommended. My solicitors were Michael and assistant Kate 😊 can't thank them enough

Overall was very happy with the service. Although the claim took over 2 years to be finalised. In that time had 3 /4 people looking after the case and only one person wasn’t that happy with during that time with people leaving for different reasons. The last person communication skills were excellent.

People don’t use admiral law for car insurance claims. Shocking delays. Told lies. Offered a doctors visit after 4 months of being injured. Advised yes need physio. Told 10 sessions. After four, two of which were discussions about start and ending physio. Then it was disclosed that 10 sessions should have been taken in one month!!! Only after i challenged mine ending. In the midst of leaving the claim to pursue with a no win no fee. Other party have admitted liability, poor poor poor admiral.
