I always had a response to my questions, and that made the long time it took to resolve the issue bearable. I felt that initially far too much credence was given to the other party's statements, overl... See more

Amazing
I had a few case handlers but then I got the pleasure of dealing with Bibi, she was professional, compassionate and extremely helpful from start to finish. She kept me informed, explained everything clearly and always made me feel that my case was being handled with care.
I’m very grateful for all of Bibi’s hard work and support, and I would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs help following an accident. Thank you, Bibi, for everything.

Extremely disappointing experience with…
Extremely disappointing experience with Admiral Law
I started my claim with Admiral Law in November 2024 after being rear-ended by a drunk driver while I was on my way to work. I am only now, in August 2026, finally settling the claim nearly two years later.
The biggest issue throughout the entire process has been the lack of communication and the huge amount of time it has taken to get responses whenever I have provided information or answered their questions. I would regularly be waiting weeks, and sometimes months, for a response or for anything to actually progress.
I was also told several things throughout the process that simply never happened.
For example, I was told I would be able to claim back the full tank of fuel that was in my car when it was written off, but this was never resolved as I had been led to believe it would be.
Even more concerning was how my injuries were dealt with. I was told that Admiral Law would arrange for me to have scans on my back and shoulder following the accident. For months I was told that we were simply waiting for an appointment. I eventually found out that, due to IT issues, nothing had actually been booked.
I was then told on a further two occasions that scans would be arranged, only to eventually be told that they were never going to happen and that I simply needed to settle the claim despite my injuries not having been properly investigated.
On top of all of this, I have been charged 25% of my settlement as their fee.
When I questioned this, I was initially told that the 25% was because of the length of time it had taken to settle the claim. I pointed out that a significant part of the delay was due to the fact that I was regularly waiting weeks or months for responses from them. Following this, the explanation changed and I was told the 25% was instead for the work that had gone into my claim.
I am genuinely struggling to understand what work justifies that fee when so much of the process involved me waiting for responses, chasing progress, and being given information about appointments and investigations that ultimately hadn’t even been arranged.
What makes this even more frustrating is that Admiral Law acknowledged that the service I had received was not what they would expect, yet despite acknowledging this, they still charged the full 25% fee.
Throughout this entire process, I have felt as though I was being treated like I was the problem, despite being the person who was rear-ended by a drunk driver on my way to work.
I understand that personal injury claims can take time and that there can be complications. What I don’t understand is the lack of communication, the repeated delays, being told things had been arranged when they hadn’t, my injuries not being properly investigated, and then still being charged the full fee despite Admiral Law themselves acknowledging that the service I received was below the standard they would expect.
After nearly two years, I am relieved that the claim is finally coming to an end. However, the whole experience has been incredibly stressful and disappointing, and based on my experience, I would not recommend Admiral Law.
I hope that sharing my experience helps anyone considering using them to understand what my experience of the process was like.
