Great DJI Osmo 360 but not the Adorama kit
Everything was great with exception of the adventure kit that does not include an camera adapter for the magnetic base. I have to used the car windshield suction cup adapter which isn't seem right. This adapter seem cheap. Better off getting what you need separately.

Overall good
Overall good, shipping was faster than expected. I’ll be shopping again at Adorama. I bought a roll of 35mm film, and my one complaint is I wish the shipping packaging was a bit better; the roll box was a bit damaged. But overall happy.

Adorama is a company that I trust for my purchase of quality camera gear. They deliver quickly and efficiently. They also often supplement my purchases with additional gear for cleaning and maintaining my camera lenses. I love those add-ons. Very disappointing experience with…
Very disappointing experience with Adorama as the third-party seller of this Sony A7 IV bundle on Macy’s Marketplace.
The Macy’s listing clearly showed that a memory card was included, but it was missing from the package.
Instead of sending the missing item, Adorama offered me only a $30 refund and said my other option was to return the entire camera. This was especially frustrating because the missing memory card was worth about $95 on Adorama’s own website.
I spent about a week and hours of conversations trying to resolve something that should have been very simple.
What concerns me most is that more than three weeks later, the Macy’s listing still showed the memory card as included. That means the next customer will run into the same problem.
The camera itself is great, but the way this order was handled left me very disappointed with Adorama.
Update — September 1, 2026: I am changing my rating to 1 star.
I contacted Nancy at the email address provided in Adorama’s response on August 24, the same day this reply was posted. As of September 1, I have received no response at all.
The Macy’s listing also still has not been corrected and continues to show the memory card as included.
Unfortunately, despite Adorama’s public response saying they would review the case and forward the listing issue to the appropriate team, nothing appears to have been done so far. This makes the experience even more disappointing.

Adorama Is My Go-To For Electronics
I've ordered various cameras and audio components through Adorama. They've been awesome in their prices and service.
