Further to my last review, if you are having issues with ADT and are looking at these reviews for some insight. I wouldn’t take much notice of the responses from ADT they are just AI generated slop and no one is going to ring you or get in touch.

I had a problem with part of my system…
I had a problem with part of my system and phoned them to explain and see if they could resolve it.
The very next day I had a call from Jakub in the tech department and he altered a few settings, it improved but nowhere near enough to say it was resolved. He said he would have a chat with a couple of people to get to the bottom of the problem.
Sure enough he rang back later with an alternative solution and I agreed that sounded like a good idea.
All in all a very good customer service experience and friendly person to communicate with. Well done.

The installation went off perfectly, and Dylan the service engineer went out of his way to be heplful as well as leaving the work areas very clean.
He explained how the system worked and how to use the telephone App very well.

Seems like a scam
Seems like a scam. I have cancelled
The day after due to changing my mind - 15th July. It’s now 11th August and I still haven’t received my refund. There is no clear email that you can liaise with if you have a problem - so it’s difficult to gain a paper trail. The email on my receipt form when I first booked is actually outdated and unmanned. Very misleading. Stay clear.
