Easy and efficient
Spencer arrived on time and carried out the removal of our old alarm and installed the new system with minimal disruption and no mess. He explained how it all worked in a way that was easy to understand. He sorted out a return visit as there was a missing dummy box for the rear of the property, which he didn’t have with him. This has been fitted as well. Very happy overall….

I was with ADT for over 10 years…
I was with ADT for over 10 years however my equipment started to have slight issues, after speaking to them they said my equipment was in need of an upgrade.
This is where things turned sour!
I called them on Monday 10th of August 2026 and got put through to a retention team member called Tracey (wow, just wow), I told Tracey that I think I need an upgrade and I said I'm not that interested in spending more money as I pay for the service every month.
Tracey basically didn't say much or ask about the issues I was having with my current alarm apart from trying to explain why I need to upgrade which didn't make sense to me the way she explained it, anyway Tracey then found how much it will be to upgrade and told me £300.
I said I'm not interested in paying this and I'd like to cancel my contract, In which she did this straight away without trying to manage the situation or appease the customer, all I got was this is now done and your contract will end on the 10th of September and your cancelation notice will be in the post, WOW! (RETENTION TEAM LOL).
Anyway after 10+ years we will now part ways which is fine by me as I'll just get the monitored ring alarm system which includes actual security turning up to your house should there be an issue!! (I'd like to also add that the Ring plan with much more added was the same monthly price as the standard service I got from ADT)
Bye bye ADT, Tracey, you seriously need some training!!

ADT have been brilliant from my initial query with Adam, last week, to today when Nathanial fitted our system. They are a credit to ADT. What a great service from both of them. Nathanial was so professional, polite and knowledgeable, he was absolutely lovely, making sure we understood the system completely. The system covers everything and is so user friendly. We are very, very impressed with ADT and would absolutely recommend them.

Warren came on time and explained everything the upgrade would involve. He was very professional, finished the job in good time and didn't leave any mess.
He applied the App to my phone and was very patient as he explained it to me. He was pleasant and respectful of me and my home.
I would recommend ADT both for the service they provide and the people they employ.
I have been a customer now for a number of years and have never been disappointed with any engineer or the work they have carried out.

George, the engineer who installed our system, was great. Very efficient, courteous and took time to ensure everything was up and working. He then ensured we were able to use the system and installed the app on our mobile devices. Extremely helpful and patient.

Customer service were very helpful when I called and answered all my questions clearly. Once the order was placed the installation date was agreed very quickly. The engineer arrived at the time we had arranged. He was very pleasant and helpful explaining the alarm's operation clearly leaving me feeling confident about using it.
