Customer service were very helpful when I called and answered all my questions clearly. Once the order was placed the installation date was agreed very quickly. The engineer arrived at the time we had arranged. He was very pleasant and helpful explaining the alarm's operation clearly leaving me feeling confident about using it. I had a problem with part of my system…
I had a problem with part of my system and phoned them to explain and see if they could resolve it.
The very next day I had a call from Jakub in the tech department and he altered a few settings, it improved but nowhere near enough to say it was resolved. He said he would have a chat with a couple of people to get to the bottom of the problem.
Sure enough he rang back later with an alternative solution and I agreed that sounded like a good idea.
All in all a very good customer service experience and friendly person to communicate with. Well done.
