Custom product as not described
I honestly don't know how this could happen. I even messaged you after my ordering saying I couldn't wait for this product as your website says the new Aptx Lossless Codecs are supported, which was the only reason I ordered, for the new qualcomm bluetooth chipset.
The waited over 9 weeks only to have a product that is not Aptx Lossless supported at all.
The M5-TWS Custom you've sent me does not support Aptx Lossless nor does it support Aptx Adaptive as you've described on your website.
I know how to check this as I own a pair of Headphones which has this supported, so I know how to check android Bluetooth settings for this and your product does not comply.
I've spent a lot with you, 2 different Eartune orders and now this. I'm expecting this to be resolved immediately. I don't usually resort to reviews but your responses have been so slow recently.

Soft fit.
This is my second time purchasing the extra large foam tips for my AirPod’s.
They fit into the case and are very comfortable.
The foam does become stiff the longer it is out of the packaging so I reseal after removing a pair.
I would be interested in purchasing a custom set if it was available for the AirPod’s, just say’n.

Good but not great.
The sizing could be done better the medium and large seemed to be almost the same size large in the variety pack I purchased and the small size just barely fit to stay within my ears.
Quality seems good, the padding could rap around the center a bit better. I haven’t used a whole bunch to test longevity of the material or adhesive used to keep it together.

These ear tips are nice and more…
These ear tips are nice and more comfortable than the original silicone ones . But my AirPod pro 2 cannot get a “good fit” doing the apps test. I tried all 3 sizes. Plus the noise cancellation was not what I had hoped for while on a riding lawn mower.- FOLLOW_UP - ADV reached out to me and suggested I try the XL size. They sent me a set to try and they are excellent. Great fit, secure, and very good noise control. Still did not pass the Apple Air Pod "fit test" but much better than their silicone tips. I highly recommend them. And their customer service is top notch. Thank you

As far as Apple AirPods Pro
As far as Apple AirPods Pro, this size is the largest I can use for it to fit in case. It molds around the inner ear, and helps to stay in, have had no problems of falling out. It could have been just a tiny bit larger, but like I said then it would not fit case.

Everything arrived as advertised and quickly. I find the foam earbud tips to take a bit more trial and error to get a good fit (compared with the Apple supplied ones…pro2 version), that said, the Apple ones also take some effort. I am using them as hearing aids/enhancers so the fit is important. Not sure if I need to try the giant sized ones … maybe my ear canals are weird idk.
As far as comfort, they are good, and they stay in place better than the Apple standard tips.
