The people you put me in contact with have failed to get back to me , they were going to send me their e mail so I could send some forms to them so they can have a look , I called them 3 times and left messages but they have not called me back .

Because this company did what was actually said 'on the box' Put me in contact with a Pension advisor and although I didn't conclude at the time with the advisor we agreed to re-connect in about 6 months time.

Completed the form on the website stating they will contact me in 72h with allocated person. Didn't happen even 10 days later. Called them, waiting on line for 15 minutes, with the same message 'we are connecting your call know'. Do not feel it's respectful.

I was put in touch with Sam Williams…
I was put in touch with Sam Williams unfortunately he made an appointment to see me on the 12 August but unfortunately a few days before I was to meet him I was rushed into hospital with a collapse lung although I haven't met Sam yet he sounded like a very nice person and I'm looking forward to meeting him in person when I am discharged. After I have spoken to Sam I will write you another review at the moment I'm giving pensionwise 5 stars for the efficient way they have set up my appointment and would recommend anyone needing advice to contact I have already recommended some of my friends to contact you.
