Hello, I am sorry to hear about the situation. Unfortunately, customs are not allowing us to ship certain products to some countries that are not located in Europe. This is due to war in Ukraine. We sent a full refund back to your bank. We sent you a refund confirmation from our bank as a proof. Your bank probably took some sort of service fee and fee for currency exchange, please check this with them.

You made the order on Friday evening and we managed to ship it to you on Monday. Shipping with registered post usually takes 7-14 days. Order was shipped on 28th of October and I can see that it arrived to your nearest post office on the 4th of November. We are sorry if you had some sort of problems with your local post, but we can't control that.
