Jiffy hoods and knee pads were exactly as they should be. Communication is easy - only minus is for a slightly long delivery time, but we were not in a rush so it was not an issue for us.

I ordered a Garmin watch that on the website was correctly mentioned with 1-3 weeks shipping delay. The company contacted me to confirm if I was fine with that or if I wanted to cancel the order, even though this was not needed since it was mentioned when ordering. This shows some customer-focused proactivity!
After this they contacted me again to indicate additional delay at their supplier. They gave full transparency, and again the possibility to cancel the order. Because in the meantime my previous watch broke down, I couldn't wait longer, and so I needed the cancel the order. The refund was executed very swiftly to my credit card. All this gives me great confidence in this website to order there again.

Great shop and great service
I ordered a product that seemed to be high quality by what I learned from it on the internet, however I was not as impressed when it arrived. In fact, as I found out it was defective and wasn't working (it was a novelty clock and it didn't tick, but the alarm worked), so I contacted the shop. I was sad, because the item was a birthday gift. The shop quickly sent a replacement and they made sure it was not defective. The birthday "boy" is happy and I'm happy as well. Great service. I can recommend and I know I can order from here with confidence.
