What I ordered still hasn’t been…

What I ordered still hadn’t been delivered when you asked for a review (but was on day 15 rather than the promised 7-14 days).
Cyprus postal services are generally awful and inevitably worse over holiday periods (it was Orthodox Easter here).
Nevertheless, all's well that ends well!

Dear Mark,

We are sorry, but you selected post shipping yourself when making an order, why did you expect us to use a different delivery method then? It was indicated on our website, that delivery with post can take up to 14 days. You placed your order on a late evening at the 25th of April. I can see that postman tried to deliver the package to you on the 9th of May, but the delivery attempt was unsuccessful, they probably couldn't find you at home. Incredible service
