Great service and good prices crew very helpful had to change the departure times twice on the return boat and the customer service couldn't have been more helpful very quick to reply and changed the times no problem great company thank you

Easy to book
Easy to book, believe we got a competitive price, good overall communications, would use again.
On the downside, we travelled on the Harwich to the Hook ferry, never again! Getting off the ferry in Harwich was a complete nightmare, and it was a half full ferry.
Not our fault we were obviously in the wrong place on the car deck, but the journey through to passport control was a farce!!! Not Aferry's fault either!!!

Been using a ferry for more than a few years now. Prefer a ferry Web booking to eg. DFDS which has too many screens.
Just made an amendment to one journey 24 hours before scheduled departure as I hadnt renewed my passport. Changed the date no problem with a charge of £20.
All in all, very good. We've only booked Ferries to France with different ferry companies and ports. Each time no issues.

We have used AFerry for many years to book our ferries going to France for our holidays towing our caravan. This time we used them for going to Spain. It's so simple to input the car and caravan size then select a number of different routes & times to get the best price. Best of all is the save option and e-mail the quote to yourself. Much simpler than the Brittany Ferry website and it's usually cheaper!!!! 5 Star
