We have checked our records and can see that this booking was for travel in October 2025. Our records show that our Customer Service team assisted you in amending your booking, and that you subsequently travelled using the revised booking details.
Based on this, we are unsure whether this review relates to our service, as we believe we resolved your request by helping you rebook your journey, which you then completed. As the booking was amended and used for travel, no refund was due.
For clarity, if a ferry crossing is cancelled due to adverse weather, a refund may be available if no suitable alternative crossing is offered.

On-line urgent changes for our DFDS…
On-line urgent changes for our DFDS booking became impossible as the system showed a consistent “Error 500”. Via the Chatbox, the agents attempted to communicate my needs to DFDS but with no response so eventually I drove to the DFDS office in Dieppe and they managed to change my reservation
