I bought two Mac chargers back in May 2025 from Affordable Mac. One of them stopped working about six months after purchase. I contacted the company to ask if they could help, but I was basically brushed off. They said it was probably just a blown fuse, even though I explained it worked intermittently and the fuse wasn’t the issue. After that, they stopped replying altogether.

Now, the second charger has broken too the input has completely snapped off. I’m not going to bother contacting them again after how I was ignored last time.

For what these cost, I’d expect them to last at least a year, and that’s me being generous, to be honest. Really disappointed with both the quality of the chargers I bought and the customer service. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this company.

Product was exactly as described and delivered in a few days.

I bought a keyboard from this company which turned out to be faulty. When I contacted them for a replacement, they ignored me. Scam company. Avoid like the plague.

Great iMac, I was expecting to see some evidence of wear and tear but it was immaculate. Quick delivery and very well packed. Liked that it came with a wireless keyboard and mouse. The only issue I had was that it was advertised with OS Monterey but it had Big Sur. I easily upgraded it to Monterey but didn’t expect to have to. Otherwise it would have 5 stars.

Due to a system error the mac I ordered was no longer available. Without hesitation I was offered a more expensive model at the same price as the one I had ordered. It arrived the following morning and is a grear machine. Very happy with the service - well done guys!

Just had a great experience with affordablemac after purchasing a mac book pro. I needed to purchase a second mac and after having difficulty with my first mac purchased second hand i decided to go to affordablemac and have been very happy.

Fast delivery and perfect clean condition with chargers and a case for free! Would highly recommend and use again

They will let you down when you need them the most and i promise they will base it on the fact that they are an online company. You will not understand how scam they actually are until you have a return issue. They will waste your time and have you suffer even more when you’re already feeling devastated after a road accident. It’s like mental torture and i just don’t have a clue how and why they are getting away with this OMG!

Only thing was I didn't get too much tracking information on my parcel, but it did come within 3 days and it was free postage so was happy with that too.

An absolute gem of a company!!! After scouring the internet for an affordable (no pun intended) & trusted website, I found these guys.

Purchased a refurbished 2017 13' mac, which basically came like new. I couldn't be more satisfied. The laptop came the very next day with no issues or obstacles.

I'll give three stars as I was under the impression I am buying an original refurbed apple charger. Nothing original with I bought here :(

I checked again and it says clearly this isn't original on it. Just that since you are selling refurbed macbooks this was the context. And the google keyword that led me to buy was refurbed mac charger. Anyways, that's why 3 stars and not one :)

I googled "refurbished mac charger" and you are the first organic result and the first sentence on the google result says "Refurbished MacBook chargers for MacBook Air or MacBook Pro."

Great service, very prompt and great product. I was very please with the quality of the MacBook Pro I ordered - when they say Grade A - they mean pristine. Pre sales experience was very good as well; I called them a few times to discuss spec etc and they were very helpful.
