Honestly one of the worst parking experiences I’ve had.
I entered the car park once, parked once, and left once — yet somehow I’ve been charged twice for the same stay. Their explanation? Different internal levels apparently count as separate “zones” with separate charges… even though you literally have to drive through those levels just to access things like EV charging.
Speaking of which — I paid separately for the EV charging, and the hotel was supposed to provide discounted parking as part of the stay. None of that seems to have mattered. The end result is still duplicate charges just for leaving my car there.
Signage wasn’t even in English, which makes it very hard for international visitors to understand these hidden technicalities. It really feels like a system designed to catch people out rather than help customers park fairly.
Customer service has mostly been copy-paste policy responses instead of any common sense or willingness to resolve something that is clearly disproportionate. After looking at other reviews, it seems I’m far from the only person who feels this way.
If you’re visiting Oslo — double check everything, take photos of signs, and honestly consider alternative parking if you can.
