Blue XXL. Not a huge deal, the shirt seemed to be ok in quality, but I had already braced myself for this after seeing many, many other reviews that said the same. I don't understand what kind of scam this is where AirCasual consistently sends the wrong item and then offer 30% off on your next purchase.

WARNING: THIS COMPANY IS ENGAGED IN SCAM ACTIVITIES. DO NOT MAKE ANY PURCHASES FROM THEM. I RECENTLY PURCHASED SEVERAL ITEMS, AND THE DELIVERY WAS EXTREMELY DELAYED (FROM CHINA). TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, THE ITEMS I RECEIVED WERE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FROM WHAT I HAD ORDERED. WHEN I CONTACTED THEM ABOUT THIS ISSUE, THEY PROVIDED THE SAME GENERIC RESPONSE STATING THAT RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR OVERSEAS SHIPPING. THIS TYPE OF UNETHICAL TRADE PRACTICE IS ILLEGAL. One star----as zero was unavailable as an option

I ordered two shirts, green and white. I received one orange and the other blue with gold on the shoulders. When I queried a return...they said it was unadvisable as it would cost ME too much. I asked for a refund. After several emails back and forward, I was offered 40%...which has yet to be received. They totally screwed up the order....and I am stuck with two items, unrelated to what I ordered, which I will now donate to charity. Totally disreputable company. Do not throw your money away.

Buyer beware - cheap product with a company that makes returns/refunds/exchanges impossible.

This company is a scam. Same story as others. They ship you something that is cheap and not remotely close to what you ordered. They will not give your money back and offer you 30% off your next order. I paid through PayPal so I'm hoping they do something.

I paid for 2 iteams $80 and got both of them wrong
Sent an email about it and was told to give it away to somebody and they will give me discount of 30% at next purchase

wish i had read thye reviews on this site before making a purchase. The item i received was the wrong color and product. Nothing like i saw on the site. After numerous email's i also keep getting the same electronic generated email stating how expensive and poffering up to 40% off something else. Will be sending in something to the BBB and will continue to hassle them for my money back. THIS COMPANY SUCKS and is probably using children to make their products under adverse conditions.

Same as everyone here... bought 7 items $205.54, took over six weeks all wrong, and wrong sizes 🤬 told to give them away and the would give me 30% off store credit🤬 like I would be dumb enough to give them more of my money 🤬DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY🤬 TOTAL SCAM🤬🖕🤬

This company took forever to deliver two of the three items. One of the items, is still In transit and it's well over a month. The quality is extremely low and the sizing is completely incorrect. XL is more like a M. Stay away from this company. When I asked to return the merchandise, they said no and suggested I give the clothes away.

This aircasual company is a scam. I placed a 5 items order and was sent 4 incorrect items. They do not refund the 100% cost for their mistakes and charge the full amount. Do not buy or make any business with this company. You will loose your money.

I don't think this company exists and if it does it is totally fraudulent.
Tracking system to the supposed courier company is a total scam......my parcel apparently was delivered in good condition to Swindon in the UK............I live in Hermanus in the western Cape in South Africa

This is all FAKE, do not get sucked in, there is nothing behind this web page except a place to bank your money,,, would run out of space trying to list the nothingness ..just block the web page and you will keep your money

Received wrong item. I was told to give away the item and buy (hopefully) the right item (30% discount).
So they want me to send more money because they made the mistake.

Just like everyone else - incredibly poor quality, undersized and they won't take anything back. I was sucked in, but don't let it happen to you and don't buy from this company.

Just like everyone else here I got scammed. I see it. It has only been 10 days since I placed the order. The tracking was very suspicious. Decided to read the reviews. BEWARE - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE - SCAM

File a complaint against this scam company at the Federal Trade Commission They have a user friendly complaint form there. If enough people send in complaints they will shut down this company.

This company is awful. I got the wrong items, once I got them. They won’t take them back, (through email they told me this) and they won’t answer the phone which is a US number. The quality of the clothing is poor, cheap, itchy, and overpriced. DO NOT ORDER DROM THEM.

This company is a fraud.
You better not place order to them. I ordered shirt, pants and sweater but what I received were some factory dead stock items. Delivered from China and not from US even though US tel numbers is showing on the website.

I give them a zero, it's a scam and they won't answer there phone calls or emails and you won't get what you paid for
