COMPLETE SCAM.

3 weeks after ordering and they haven't shipped my order. They gave me a fake tracking number and told me to wait 2 days for the system to update. 4 days later they gave me the same tracking number and told me to wait w days for the system to update. That was a week ago.

I ordered 3 shirts in October 20, 2022 I noticed 3 days later the delivery address was incorrect. 7 emails with my request to correct the delivery address have been ignored.

i recommend avoiding this company.

Ordered 2 sweaters took twice as long , both sweaters arrived not even close to what I ordered , messaged company all I got was sorry , asked for refund , nope cost to the COMPANY , to much , but hey if ya like I can give ya a 30 percent off your next order lmfao, why would I waste more money ?stay clear of these guys .

I ordered a shirt in my size but received something three times smaller. The shirt has loose threads and seems to be falling apart. The company would not take a refund...just asking me to keep it and offering a discount on future purchases. I rejected the credit card transaction. This company is a big-time SCAM. Do not waste your money

My shirt was of poor quality and MUCH different than what was displayed on their website. Horrible Sizing! I ordered XXL and received something equivalent to a large. They will NOT accept returns. Even after asking for the the address, they respond with the same email saying how expensive it will be to return and to just keep the cheap, incorrect shirt they sent you. AVOID! Huge scam.

Keep well away from this con company. I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered 3 shirts on 10/10/22 witch took about 5 weeks to come. The shirts were poor quality and 2 of them were not what I ordered. I emailed them and they said can I keep them or give them away as it would be expensive to send them back. I replied that I wanted a refund and they must have copied and pasted as it was the same reply

Scam ordered 5 shirts. Took 3 weeks 1 shirt sent. And is nothing like advertised very poor quality. Would not wear. Garbage

My experience was similar. I ordered the shirts and after not receiving them or being forwarded tracking information, I contacted customer support who were absolutely worthless. They replied that I would receive them in 3-6 weeks. I requested that they cancel my order and refund me which was ignored. I made this request a total of 3 times over a 10 day span. My shirts finally arrived 5 weeks later and were found to be of poor quality and much different than what was displayed on their website. Very cheap material and the sizing is horrible. I ordered XXL (I am actually between an XL / XXL). I received the equivalent to a large which do not fit. Refunds are basically non-existent. AVOID! Huge scam.

The sizing is way off and they do NOT accept returns and they also DO NOT refund your money. AVOID purchasing from them.....I think it comes from overseas which is the reason it also takes over a month to arrive..

After waiting over 6 weeks for the 2 shirts to be delivered, they arrive and are completely different to the shirts I ordered and the quality of the shirt is below standard.

The colours of the shirts are completely different on both shirts to the shirts that were originally ordered.

The pattern and material of the shirts ordered were meant to be of a typical flannel type shirt. The shirts that arrived were checked and made almost entirely of polyester.

Still awaiting response from Aircasual to why this has happened and a refund of the £60 for the 2 shirts.
