WARNING

WARNING - AIRSOFT GI ARE UNETHICAL CROOKS! It pains me to check even one star for this company, but I didn't want it to look like I forgot to rate them. A BIG FAT ZERO IS NOT LOW ENOUGH. We bought our son a $700 airsoft gun for Christmas. The gun arrived and did not work - at all. We are very mechanical people, familiar with items of this nature and realized it was defective. Tried reaching out by phone and also email. Thought maybe they were on vacation for the holidays, gave them benefit of the doubt, kept trying as the days then weeks passed. They don't accept messages on voicemail, just an outgoing message that hangs up on you! Finally one day someone finally answered a call only to send us a video to watch and try a test. The email they sent was totally cookie cutter and did not even address that we called about a defective item. Upon doing what the video said, my husband determined that the gun was a dud, did not work, would never work, etc. To this day, months later we've tried everything including finally resorting to disputing the credit card charge just for that portion of our purchase. This was our last resort but should have been our first course of action. We waited too long to dispute it because we were trying so diligently to get these people to stand behind their product and send us a replacement. Never worked with a worse company! They should be ashamed taking money like that and not standing behind their product. In addition to all of that, our son never got the Christmas gift he was looking forward to. These people suck!

Gave them a 1 start but I don't feel…

Gave them a 1 start but I don't feel like they even deserve that. We ordered an airsoft rifle through them and paid a $50 3 day shipping. The gun came 8 days later. I connected them numerous times by phone and email, and they never got back to me. I made a complaint through the Better Business Bureau and Airsoft GI ignored the BBB as well. The BBB contacted me to let me know ow and said they have received numerous complaints about this company and will make sure they are all there for anyone to see. Do not buy from this company. If anything goes wrong, they will.not make it write and technically their thieves but taking extra money and refusing to return it. Will only buy locally now.

Zero rating if I could.
Bought a gun from this company and wished I had not. When it arrived, it was defective and had been used.
Tried everything I could to return the gun They do not reply to any form of communication.
I sent the gun back and have proof of delivery they received the gun. Still no credit. Disputing it with my credit card. SAVE YOU MONEY AND FIND A LOCAL VENDOR.

Liars, scammers, 0 customer service and professionalism

Ordered 5 things and they only sent me 2 which were the wrong color, then lied about my return saying I "Didn't return what I was sent". So I was basically charged for 5 items to receive 2 incorrect items which are now being held in their returns department refused a refund on anything. I also emailed multiple departments for help and nobody ever responded. I had to join a DISCORD server for customer service, how professional right? Don't buy from these scamming scumbags now I'm out over $100

Do not buy from AirsofrGI

Do not buy from AirsofrGI. I would give zero stars if I could.The gun I purchased in Feb 2023 was not listed out of stock. Received an email after payment processed that the item was out of stock and to call customer service to resolve. I replied immediately to cancel the order as it was listed in stock. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone to answer. I tried the customer service line and all storefront locations multiple times and never got an answer or return call from the voicemail I was able to leave at the California store. My emails were ignored until the day I opened a PayPal case in which a generic email was sent stating they would go ahead with the cancellation and refund. That was a week ago and still no refund or confirmation. They have also ignored PayPal communication requests. I have left comments on all of their social media platforms which were also ignored. Buy from anyone else but AirsoftGI. Check their Better Business Bureau rating to confirm just how bad these guys really are. Wish I had.

RUN AWAY!
If you have any issues and need to return, it will be a nightmare. We bought 645.00 in guns for Christmas. One box arrived dented but gun was ok. Guns were not what we were expecting so we had to go through the process of receiving an RMA which took several weeks to get a response. We paid 120.00 in shipping out of pocket to return. ( 40 up front and UPS charged us more on the back end which was a whole different issue ) . Airsoft GI took 2 months to “review” our return after we kept contacting them over and over. They just said they are behind give us 10 business days. Ironically they submitted a refund today, the day after my husband and I decided do a charge back through the bank for fraud when they were open again. Took 2.5 months for them to review our order. Instead of getting a full refund, we have been shorted 100.00 without reason. Total, we are out 220.00. I wholly regret this entire process. These are a bunch of kids running this place and when’s someone needs to return an item, they don’t have enough money to refund. They postpone until to have enough money from another order to refund. They also have a live channel I watched where they began mocking the older generation “ boomers “. My husband is military and they if they’ll crap all over us, they’ll do the same for you. Turn around and run away while you still can.

I'd like to tell you the story of order…

I'd like to tell you the story of order 1*****8. In October of 2021 I sent in my airsoft gun for repair. I was told i would be contacted by an airsmith to discuss the repair. After about 6 months of not hearing from anyone I called in. I was told they were very behind. 9 months I called again and was told the same thing. On the one year anniversary of it being there things changed. I was told at first they had emailed me at my Gmail account numerous times but they never heard back from me. I went through my email and scoured all my spam and pop folders nothing. I called back and pressed the guy on the phone. I then find out a Rouge employee who know longer works for the company was the one responsible for my airsoft gun and not only did he not email me but my gun maybe in peices or worse lost. weeks of calling in but no answer went buy and eventually i got through my gun was found but still no contact from the airsmiths. Finally I'm contacted and the gun is there and they come up with an upgrade list and charge me for the upgrade. No apologies, no discounts, no we really screwed up this is on us.. nothing! I pay the repair gets done and the gun is shipped back. The gun is received and doesn't work! I email a couple times they come to the conclusion the gun was built to use an 11.1 30c lipo but sorry we don't have any that's the problem. After a couple months I locate some through another vendor and last night I excitedly charged them and found out the gun still does not work.

Sir this is an unacceptable service I have received. I'm beyond frustrated and upset. This started in 2021 and it's now 2023. I've missed an entire airsoft season and been run through the ringer on this.

Rather trust a hobo with a Ferrari than AirsoftGI with my money

Bought a brand new box mag, smokes and some small accessories. Box mag didn't work, smokes were all missing their pull-tabs. Emailed AGI, and they did not reply, left a message on YouTube chat during one of their live sessions, and was ignored. I'd rather buy from a total stranger off Craiglist, at least I know I'm getting scammed right away.

Unable to return parts per their policy

I placed an order in early October for several items. After receiving the items I realized I ordered some parts I don’t need. Per their return policy these items can be returned since they are unused and I’m returning them within 45 days of purchase. However, in order to return the parts I need RMA before I can send them back. I completed a RMA request on their website, and submitted followups asking for the status, no response to the RMA request. I’ve also tried calling them several times, no one answers the phone and cannot leave a voicemail. I’ve purchased from them a bunch of times, but if they are not going to answer their phone or answer their RMA requests on their website I’ll buy from others moving forward.

Bought A Hi Capa and Recieved

So I bought a hi capa which is army armament 613xl and I got it but they gave me the wrong magazine I tried calling customer service and they told me to email them about a picture of the gun and magazine. Its been almost 2 weeks and still havent gotten a call back or emailed back whatsoever. I am NEVER buying anything else from THIS COMPANY ANYMORE!!

Great customer service.

Like all other companies, I have had some product issues with GI, but they have helped me out with those issues and took care of them.

If anyone is having issue with their orders, it's best to give them a call or DM them on their Instagram @airsoftgidotcom

Terrible customer service and faulty product

Terrible customer service and faulty product. I had ordered an M16A4 around Christmas time, so as expected it took a while to get here, but after I got it, it broke before I even got through one whole midcap. So I called customer service (I guess customer service lines can hang up if they take too long to answer your call) and they said I was still under warranty, and I could send it back. But they wanted me to pay the shipping back... for their faulty product. I guess its because I use inferior bbs??? I told them I use Gameface .20g biodegradable bbs. Why don't they make a list of good bbs that they approve if they are needing good bbs for return? So I just decided to keep the gun and fix it myself, because at least I'll know its being done right.

What a JOKE.. Shop literally anywhere else..

What a JOKE. These guys arean absolute joke. Worst customer service in the industry. I ordered a blow back pistol on Dec. 16th and knew it wouldn't arrive until after Christmas day and when I spoke to them it was understood that it would be within a few days after. Never got a shipping confirmation nor any word from the company on the status. Decided to call them to find out what the hold up was. They finally answer 2 full hours after their posted opening time. I asked what the status of my order was they informed me that it looked like it was getting ready to ship today... 16 DAYS LATER... 16 days after I placed the order, 8 Business days to ship it and it was still sitting on their desk. Told them to go ahead and process a refund because I can buy the same gun from litterally any other airsoft supplier. Was told they would begin processing a refund and send email confirmation. 4 hours later, no email, text or call. Called them back was told they had to physically retrieve the invoice to begin processing the refund. Really? Not only have they sat on my order for 2+ weeks then you want to make up some BS about a complicated refund process? Seriously bad way to do business. And whats worse is there is no accountability because there is no actual manager and ownership cannot be contacted. Too bad, I'm sure they would love to know how much money they keep running off. Anyway, this was supposed to be a gift for my son and now not only will it not be arriving it's going to take a fight to get my money back. STAY AWAY FROM AIRSOFT GI..Unless you like doing business with lazy, dishonest stoner kids.

After checking several online retailers…

After checking several online retailers I went with Airsoft GI. In their ‘about’ section of the website they touted their “We pride ourselves on maintaining inventory accuracy” and “we have set the standard in quality, speed, and customer service”.

However my experience has been anything but great. I order my son an airsoft rifle on Tuesday December 15th. This was suppose to be a gift from Santa clause. On Friday December 18th I receive an email stating the item was out of stock and would not be available until 2021. Taking three days to figure out your inventory is unacceptable. What’s even more aggregating is that I have received daily emails from this website trying to sell me additional products.

This company has not set the standard “ in quality, speed, and customer service”. I also would not put ‘pride’ in this inventory system. After canceling my order I have since gone to a different online retailer: evike. Hopefully they can help make the Christmas magic where airsoftgi failed.

Crappy company

I ordered an airsoft rifle from them, it came broken. I sent it back, they “fixed” it, and it broke again. I had to replace almost every part inside the rifle. I would not recommend airsoft GI to anybody. They also had horrible customer service. I’m pretty sure I was on a call with a 13 year old.

Delete my Account

I've always loved Airsoft GI, from their nice sales and site UI to their Youtube Channel. However, I'd have to say their Customer Service is pretty subpar. Two weeks ago, I called to request an account deletion and got some weird company answer on why that wasn't possible. I asked if I should just provide false info in order to get my info out of their system and got a reply about how that isn't legal or just. I then sent an e-mail to their tech team and I haven't gotten an answer back or an automated verification that my e-mail even reached the correct people (Though it wasn't rejected, so I'm sure they've received it).

Just delete my account please, it's my personal info and I no longer use the website. I've been really annoyed with this company since then.

They do not follow their own return warranty

I bought an almost $400 airsoft rifle and bought accessories to go with it. The order came out to be almost $500. When I recieved the gun, the gun's wouldn't work properly. I contacted the rma department send in my gun and when they recieved it they said they experienced none of the problems I had and sent it back. I asked for store credit and was denied. I contacted customer service and was argued with and got no where. The representative was very rude and acted like he could care less. I went over their return policy and they didn't acknowledge it. Do Not Buy From This Company. If you are getting into airsoft buy from any other airsoft company except this one
