Absolutely terrible company
Absolutely terrible company. I have bought from them three times the first time was a good experience... the second time I preordered an item which was a huge mistake. They pushed the release date three times then on Christmas opened the item up for direct buy,when I confronted them they said that preorders only meant you were garunteed to get the item at some point... The last straw was the most recent transaction. I ordered one of their mystery boxes. It came in and was clearly an open box used item that was broken. And now they won't even respond to my email asking for a return or store credit. I would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone

For full transparency: My order was placed at the height of Covid-19's impact so Airsoftgi may not always be this way. This is my first and last experience with them. I recommend shopping at Evike.com or airsplat. I have experience with those sites and they have never let me down.
First, like many others, the item I ordered was out of stocked and they didn't let me know until the rest of my order shipped. Honestly, whatever; It happens and this isn't my biggest issue. However, Evike and airsplat have never done this to me.
Second, they never picked up the phone. There have been two days where I called 10ish times during their working hours and they never picked up. I was calling about the item that was out of stock to specify a similar product that I'd accept. It took about 4 days of calling everyday to get this issue figured out. About a week later, I was calling again to cancel this order because I found a local shop that had the item in stock and at a lower price. I called a few times last week, 7 times on monday, 3 times yesterday(tuesday), and twice today(wednesday). They picked up today and said they couldn't do anything because the package was shipped this morning. I understand but why wasn't I notified about it when it shipped AND why couldn't someone pick up the phone to cancel the order before it shipped??
I have also reached out by email and have yet to receive a response.
Third, the pistol I ordered was broken upon arrival. This is another thing that isn't a huge deal. Broken stuff happens and it's usually the shipping companies fault anyway.
I could have lived with the out of stock item and my broken gun if it wasn't such a huge hassle to get a hold of someone to fix the issue. It should take one call and may 10 mins to replace an out of stock item and it should be just as quick to replace a part broken in shipping.
This whole experience has been ridiculous. your experience may vary but I don't think that it is worth the risk. Do some research and find a better company to purchase from

Please review all the 1 and 2 star on the reviews. I placed two orders with airsoftgi, in both they waited a few days to tell me that the item I purchased was out of stock. If it was out of stock why did they let me buy it? Then it takes 7 to 10 days to get your money back. In my case it took 10 days. I had to call for them to processes my reimbursement.
My advise: Do your homework and buy local or somewhere else! Unless you are willing to WAIT for delivery or to get your money back.
Needless to say I am extremely disappointed. I hope anyone that reads this review will benefit from my experience.

Extortion for holidays
This company is very unorganized when it comes to shipping for holidays. In order to get your stuff they want you to upgrade and pay anywhere from $50-$100 more to get it. Worst company I’ve ever worked with, and will never shop there again.

AirsoftGI has been my "go-to" place for a very long time. My rifle is from their AirsoftGi Custom Rifle Line-up. I wanted to play air-soft again, however I needed to send my rifle in for repairs as it is their custom rifle. I sent in my rifle in April. Today is July 17th. I have not yet received my rifle, and it is well over the repair time frame. I had received confirmation that my rifle was being worked on and it was completed. I expected it to be sent back to my home and such but, nothing. I decided to email and get an update, they said they needed payment, which is odd because they ask for full credit card info when you purchase the repairs. I called and they had told me the rifle was ready for pick up and payment was still needed. I don't live in California nor was I aware of the fact that they don't save your credit card information after putting it into the website, thus me having to call them to complete the purchase when the rifle was completed. AirsoftGI has always been quick for me,and they always surprised me with how fast they got things shipped out me in the past. With this delay on my repairs and with no compensation of the time lost or anything offered. I'm a little upset, I always considered them to be the "top-tier" company for anything air-soft. To have such a big delay, and then mix up my order for a "pick-up" order was just unorganized and unprofessional to me. I'm disappointed and let down as a true AirsoftGI fan.
Perfect except for confirmation of the order
Airsoft GI was great with helping me get what I need. I am completely satisfied with the navigation of the site, availability of the products, and the prices. The one thing I did not like was that after I ordered, they required me to confirm the order in a phone call. They said they called me everyday for 10 days, but I never received a call and my order was refunded without me knowing it. Everything else was perfect.
Bad Customer Service, No Contact Made.
We ordered a magazine for a King Arms G3/T3 variant. The magazine was out of stock, and we were notified. We chose to hold our order until their next shipment came in from the manufacturer. AirsoftGi customer service call and told us our order was placed on backorder with 6-8 weeks till it would ship out. Alright, thats not their fault. However, It has been 10 weeks, and no update was given by airsoftgi. Pretty disappointing, but no other retailer carries the magazine in the U.S. so we are forced to wait. Not cool ASGI, not cool.

I purchased a Techie's Dream mystery box V3 in July'18 and received a sniper rifle LT-96. Pretty cool with the exception that there was no upper receiver, outer or inner barrel and no trigger assembly. I did receive the stock and some extras like sling, bipod, bb tube? and a tri-rail pc. Being a guy that likes to "Tech" guns, its hard to do that with a gun that is missing half its parts and no way of purchasing said parts to make repairs. I get it, its a mystery box and there is no control over what you receive. However AirsoftGI should not be sending out unfix-able guns in their Tech mystery boxes. Its like I received a garbage box instead of a mystery box.
This box should have been sent out in one of the mystery parts boxes and not as repairable gun/ Tech Box. I feel AirsoftGI should replace my unit with another. Order# 955277
I like buying these because its great practice at a affordable price, but you cannot "Tech" that is broken if you cannot acquire all the parts.
Furthermore I have made 2 attempts to review my purchase on the AirsoftGI site and neither has been posted in a timely manner. Screening customers reviews is just bad business.

Good products, Higher prices, POOR SHIPPING
Products were fine, prices tend to be a little higher then the competition but they had the items I wanted in stock so..... Their shipping time frame was very poor. In my opinion it took too long to ship my orders out and the shipping service itself took too long. I have purchased many times from a competitor located in the the same state and receive my items in no more then three days. These orders took over a week to receive. I am currently still waiting for another order. They offer upgraded shipping services but at ridiculously high prices making them unaffordable. Only having an “excellent” rating in the high 50% range and a “great” rating in the high teens definitely tells the story. The free gift idea is nice in theory but I doubt someone that only buys a bottle of BBs will ever receive a free gun. And if they do I would imagine they spent thousands of dollars with them in the past.
