Items were not delivered in a timely manner!

I am very disappointed in the service I received! I ordered an item on the 17th, it was not shipped until the 21st. Then when I started to panic I reordered the same item with PRIORITY OVER NIGHT SHIPPING! I also called Air Splat to make sure the item would get here the next day! The item was never shipped and we did not get our gift for Christmas!
I willl never buy from this company again!

not happy

I ASKED FOR HELP, RICKY WAS NICE, HELP ME FIND A ITEM ,I PLACED AN ORDER THREE OR FOUR DAYS AGO, THEN THEY E MAILED ME SAID MY ORDER WAS CANCELED SAID THEY WERE OUT OF STOCK I DON,T THINK RICKY KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING, GETTING CLOSE TO CHRISTMAS TRY TO FIND SOMETHING SOMEWHERE ELSE

Unfortunately, once we have shipped an item the transit time depends on the chosen carrier, in this case Fedex Smartpost. Your order was placed was placed on Nov 26. and shipped out Dec 1 ( Operations closed for the weekends) within our 24-48 hour turnaround time. Please know that we are working to improve overall shipping times in anyways we can. Your package is expected to arrive Friday 12/09/16.

A company going thru some growing pains....But has some definite promise!

Have to admit that I was extremely skeptical of this company after reading some of the other reviews and seeing that my order had not shipped when I thought it should have. Yes it was somewhat of a hassle to get in touch with someone that could help me. But once I did and found out that Airsplat had been bought by Hobbytron and that there was still a lot of training going on in regards to the Hobbytron employees learning the "airsoft scene"... things started to make sense. One of the managers (Sebastian) went out of his way to help me with my order and made sure that I received it on time and then called back the day after I received it to make sure that everything was ok with my order. Thank you Sebastian! For any of the top management at Airsplat and Hobbytron I would recommend that you take good care of this employee...he is definitely an asset to your company.

service

ordering from this website is a hassle since the site takes forever to load a page or two, and no it isn't my internet since i can open any other airsoft websites in like .25 of a second.
Emailing the store is 100% useless still haven't received a reply back from when i sent an email on 11/24/16 from when i am writing this it is 12/5/16...... items that were shipped/ packaging were mediocre.

But the one thing that TICKED me off was that the company failed to send me any sort of shipping number or the email saying my item was shipped. once placing an order. the email with the invoice also says "Thank you for your order from AirSplat. Once your package ships we will send an email with a link to track your order." FAILED TO DO SO. in order to find any update on my order. i had to call in to check. the woman that helped my was nice and it was quick to get information about my shipment for me. but still she asked me if i wanted an email with my shipping number and etc, and i said yes but still, no email.
Even if the package is coming the next day, you should always send the customer their shipping number on their package.

Great service from a mom!

I ordered some airsoft stuff for my son. I didn't order the right accessories. The Eagle Eye of one of the managers saw it and called me to get the order right, before my son even got the package. So thanksful! Would order again, quick service!

I apologize you had difficulty purchasing products on our website. In order to protect our customer’s from fraudulent activity we have strict fraud detection system in place to protect the cardholder’s information. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Again, this is for your safety. Please let us know if we can assist further regarding this matter.

We attempted to address this matter directly with Cameron Redden on November 11, 2016. Upon review of Cameron Redden's order, our credit card verification dept. noticed that the shipping and billing address did not match. This is considered a red flag. A supervisor from AirSplat contacted Cameron via telephone to verify his order. The call was answered, but upon stating his identity and reason for calling, our AirSplat representative was hung up on by the person who took the call. Each subsequent call attempt was sent straight to voicemail. The voicemails were not returned, so the order was deemed fraud and refunded.

TERRIBLE service

Item was shown in stock. Paid for 2 day delivery. 2 days later I had to contact and find out after SEVERAL phone calls that it was in fact out of stock. Terrible website and even worse customer service.

Minor issues with product description, customer service resolved the issue.

Had some issues with an inaccurate description on a boneyard item that was supposed to come with a magazine that didn't. After working with their customer service for a couple days they agreed to send me a replacement. Overall not a perfect experience, but I'm satisfied with the result.
