Great Company

Now that the conversion is complete - I am very happy with the timing and speed of Air Splat.
They've added more shipping options, and are very prompt on their delivery. I've had an account with Airsplat for several years now, and was ancy with the change of ownership and how it would effect my account. So far I am very happy with the changes.

getting better

A couple years ago I ordered a new gun from the and they sent me a used one. Then refused to give me a refund so I decided to no longer order from them. A couple weeks ago they were the only people that carried what I needed so I bit the bullet and ordered a bucking and boneyard pistol from them. I received a boneyard pistol and a ak nozzle because the bucking I ordered was out of stock. After calling they refunded my money. I would've much rather gotten an email about the out of stock product but they handled the issue quickly so no major complaints.

fantastic company to work with

i've purchased from airsplat several times. their product descriptions match exactly what i've received. shipping and delivery are excellent. they're definitely my first go to when i need to research and purchase airsoft supplies. i highly recommend their site.

Very please with the quality.

I am very pleased with the product. My only complaint is that the sights are solid black (no white dots). I was surprised that with such attention to detail as was applied in all other aspects that they would not complete with at least white dots on the sights.

What customer service?

Expected more.

I placed my order, and my card was charged. I didn't receive any communication. After two days, I wrote the company, and received an email stating that they did have my order, but it hadn't shipped yet due to an upgrade of the shipping software. I was told that for the delay, I would receive a free bottle of green gas (in addition to the two cans I had ordered). After that, more silence. No shipping notification, no tracking numbers, just silence. When my package eventually arrived, it contained what I had ordered, but the free gas promised? Nowhere to be found. I will be finding another vendor for my purchases.

Don't sell guns you don't have.

Ordered two air soft rifles for my sons who were very excited about them as they where in stock.
Received email 4 days later that they were out of stock but would have new ones in 7-9 days. 6 weeks later we had to get our money back as they still didn't have them? That's unacceptable. I did appreciate the prompt return of our money.

The website was very unclear.

First they gave me the wrong shipping tracking number which was no big deal, but the buffer tube i ordered wasn't meant for rear wired aegs which it didn't say anywhere on the site.

Not a happy customer

Once again item was not in stock, In the last 6 purchase attempts 1 went well, 1 received the wrong item and 4 times items was not in stock. not a good track record.

Under New Ownership

My previous experience with this company was less than stellar - incredibly poor customer service. The new ownership seems like they are trying to make up for the previous owner's short comings. They corrected my issue and went above and beyond. I will definitely order from them again and will recommend them to friends.
