Looking for a Scorpion charger
I was looking for a charger for my scorpion and saw it at airsplat.com. it was in their closeout section so I bought two in case one was bad, after all, it was the boneyard/closeout section.
They arrived in a couple of days and to my surprise, both chargers worked. they even threw in a hat.
some sites can be sketchy but these guys are solid.
I will buy from them again.

You guys have good stuff, but to tell the truth I shop more on Evik because the have more stuff. BUT, if something on Evik is out of shock you guys usually have it. new ownership review
The new owners defentitly are trying to fix the old owners mishaps. My order was botched due too the transitioning of the business, from one owner to the next. The new owners not only completed my order, but they sent some small items as add bonuses. I will be buying from them again, that is for sure. (I made my order this past January and it is now September. I had paid for and received everything except an item I saw told would ship at a later date. I have yet to receive it. The packaging was bad and the website was rough to navigatea at times.)

Service with outside customer.
Recently I ordered few items as parts or second hand. There was a delay I called to see if the order was being processed. They answered my questions, provided best assistance to resolving my needs, and finally did the impossible by refunding few dollars and sending off my much needed items quickly. Airsplat is my main store for any airsoft good airsoft gi and evike had problems with shipping and my gun boxes game damaged and some missing mags I've never had that problem with airsplat my plate carrier came within a week and had no damage to the shipping box or anything i love airsplat and they're employees

Better than before
I've only ordered small things in the past 1 or 2 items at a time in 2015. Was always worried about large orders due to reviews I read. However, after recently hearing the company had new owners and decided to try my luck and place a large order. Placed that $300 order and by next day had my tracking number for my order. A week went by and my package arrived. Keeping my fingers crossed I opened my box to find my gas M4, mags, gloves and mask all had made it. Tested everything to great satisfaction. I'll for sure be ordering from them again!

I bought a clip from here and it arrived quickly enough but it was the wrong clip. I emailed to complain and was told that I would get the correct order in 7-14 business days. It has now been a month or two but I am done holding my breath on the replacment ever arriving. Never buying from here again
Edit: I have since talked to a representative and gotten a refund as long as I change my review so I have bumped up my review by a star what holds them back from three stars for me is I was only refunded the cost of the item and not the shipping. I may use them again in the future but for now I will stick to Amazon where items are cheaper and don't cost me expensive shipping and handling.

Excellent customer service.
I had ordered a steyr aug A2, and after it had arrived I took it out of the box and shot it a few times, it performed better than I had anticipated. Up until it just stopped working. I had thought all was lost until airsplat contacted ME about getting it repaired. The representative was understanding and helpful. She restored my faith in airsplat. I wish I could have remembered her name so I could mention her remarkable customer support skills.

Poor customer service
I called and the gentleman I spoke to said what I was looking at on the website was in stock. I ordered the item and after 2 weeks, I had not recieved it. I wrote to the company and they said it was out of stock and that they had refunded my money a couple days prior. If an item is not in stock and money has to be refunded, it would be nice to get an email saying that, not thinking my order is still processing. I will not be buying from this site again
