Went to P C Richards looking for a…

Went to P C Richards looking for a mattress offered on their website.No one-3 salespeople- was familiar with the item and couldn't find one in any of their warehouses. So, they tried to upsell me a bed $250.00.more expensive.in addition, the discounts were less than advertised and the representatives math did not reflect the'sale ' price. Waste of time!

PC Richard service department is…

PC Richard service department is terrible. I would give them a zero. Have been waiting for 6 weeks (since 10/13/25) for parts. I called for service for an oven heating issue, and the technician broke my stove top while doing the assessment. Have called/emailed multiple times and keep getting a different story each time. The part I called for is in but they will not come out until the part they broke comes in. I am a COD repair, so apparently they aren't concerned with this issue. Do not call them for service.

This is a continuing issue since May…

This is a continuing issue since May when I purchased an induction cooktop.
Today(August 11) a PC Richard technician came for the fourth time to replace a part. However, once again he had the wrong part.Why isn’t this company able to provide proper service? The so-called warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on.

They've changed.

They've changed.
We called and asked salesman to send a comperable version of our old Bosch dishwasher. (We trusted PC because of past experience).
The new dishwasher is cheaped-down JUNK. NOTHING like our old one.
We immediately asked to exchange, and pay more for a better quality Bosch.
PC Richards refused.
They said once an appliance is installed, they will not exchange or upgrade unless it is damaged.
So we can't upgrade, or get a refund. We can't even get them to pick up this junk.
We are stuck with an appliance we will not use.

wish I could give them a negative -5

my experience had been just as described on other negative reviews. Frankly I think any positive feedback is coming from their own people. Ordered 2 weeks ago, after 3 days got the call the verify my info. They tried to upsell, said no to all... they said they would ship it right away. 3 days later the status was still "in process".. I called them, while on hold I told my wife: watch it they will tell me it's back ordered... sure enough.. they are now telling me it will take another 2 to 3 weeks to become available.
