This is my first time buying a server from a company and its immediatly a good one i chose, they are a little bit more expensive then others but for me that didnt matter in this case when i found out how good their servers and not to forget their customer service are.

Like no joke Alk was really good in helping me fixing my Minecraft server while i was ready to give it up my man just came and came over with solutions and after 2h of him just trying to fix my server he finally fixed it.

And even before me meeting Alk i have been helped good by others but i dont remember their names!

All with all i would say great company!

I have been using Akliz server hosting on and off for several years. They have some of the best deals on server hosting, I never have any lag issues that were due to server hosting, and best of all the support is outstanding. Just today I had issues where loading into the nether wasn't possible through commands or the portal and Houston was incredible! Highly recommend if you aren't sure on what server hosting to purchase!

Had some issues with my server and got them solved in less than 3 minutes thanks to the guys here, can't thank em enough. PS. Don't spawn the max number of pieces of bread that minecraft lets you, it won't end well. Oops...

My experience today was fantastic, the tech was quick to help out, and quick to help trouble shoot the problems we were having, their experience and tutelage were phenomenal, and helped to identify and fix a problem I had been trying to diagnose on my own for days. I engaged Akliz after having trouble running an All The Mods 9 minecraft server on 3 different hosting providers (vultr, nitrado, and hostinger) and finally reached out to Akliz. Houston got us setup with a great plan without upselling us. Then once it was up and running, he and the rest of the support team has been more responsive than any other customer support team I have interacted with. Helping us diagnosis all potential sources of lag in general and specific to our server so we can work together to get the best experience! The servers they provide run pretty much flawlessly with all of my server mates on at the same time. I am able to easily create multiple servers and allocate my alloted ram however I want and they have a secure website that allows my admins to work on the server from their own account. Not only this but I did a stupid and broke my server in the middle of the night and they had it fixed and my world restored in less then twelve hours. I have never had that kind of help or service from any other provider! The admins are courteous and know what they are doing and they all come from the community! Truly amazing thank you for all you guys do! the servers are worth every penny

Akliz has been the very first server host I have used and, by far, has never let me down. The team is amazing, real fast, and responsive. I've never had to wait longer than 5 minutes for someone to get to me.

I'm usually skeptical when it comes to external server hosting, because a lot of services can either make their service really obscure in how the user engages with it. Or in some cases, they make it difficult to access the payment plan information you've given to make it harder to cancel reoccurring payments.
However, I'm pleased to write that Akliz is easily the best service I've ever used. It's simple and easy to use, and offers easy access to my plan and payment information. As someone who's overly cautious with where I give payment info, it's super relieving to be able to trust services like this.
Bare in mind, I was playing Java Minecraft for all of my servers and was playing with no more than 3-4 players at any time, and it was perfectly smooth for all of us.
This is also my first experience with a hosting service that allows simple (website integrated) installation of Minecraft modpacks with CurseForge, and it's easily my favorite part of this service. Akliz supports hundreds of modpacks for Minecraft alone, allowing you to pick which version of the modpack you want to play, and players can easily connect to it through their modded client when also playing CurseForge. It let us spend less time organizing mods and more time playing, which has reignited our inspiration to play!

A side note: As I mentioned earlier, I'm super cautious about subscription services. When I got my first month of the hero plan, I immediately closed my plan so I could just use the service for a month without being charged again once my month was done.
However, once that month ended, I neglected to reactivate it. Once your plan ends, your servers (and the worlds in them) are deleted. Mind you, there is a cheaper plan ($5/month) which will retain your server and world info on your account, but I didn't think to choose this at the time. So my world was gone, much to the dismay of my group.
Fortunately, I was able to contact support with their online messaging service. I contacted them that evening, and the next morning I was immediately in contact with a human being who instantly replied to all of my follow up responses, and attended to my concerns directly. Since it was so soon after my plan had ended, we were able to get my MC server into a recoverable state! They were super chill about everything, and they've earned my recommendation easily.
