Easy installation process and fair price.

Great response levels and services. Installation was completed quickly and exceeded expectations. All staff is friendly and customer service is exceptional.

This is the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. The only reason I rated them 4-stars and not 5-stars is because they do not proactively update your system. If they come out to the house for some reason and notice that you are a few updates behind, then they perform the updates. Even if the updates are not essential, they should probably contact each customer and inform them that an update is available and let the customer decide if they want to perform the update. Most can probably be handled without a person coming to the home.

Service options are straightforward and reasonably priced, excellent and very responsive customer service, and highly trained and ethical professional technician. I had a newly installed home alarm system that came with the home when I moved in. I decided to go with ANE to support local business rather than a big chain like ADT and ANE performs its central monitoring (not outsourced to a third party). The technician Adam was very meticulous with diagnosing potential issues during installation of the radio frequency monitoring system, and was working with the original installer to reset default code prior to proceeding with hardware installation and reprogramming. Everything went well, and no problem with the system so far.

Being a small family owned enterprise personal service is important to them. Any and all issues are quickly resolved by personal contact rather than using electronic means, which often frustrates customers.

We have been served by Alarm New England for more than 20 years and have always been completely satisfied. Their equipment works well; service calls, rarely needed, are prompt and courteous. Any time our alarm goes off, we get a phone call asking if everything is OK. We recommend them highly.

The system design and sales process went very smoothly. I was given an appropriate level of professional guidance as to system components and my numerous questions were answered clearly and patiently. At no point did I feel any sort of sales pressure. Likewise, the self-installation process was a breeze, with Connie's expert coaching. Her sense of humor helped as well! The system is easy to use and performs as expected. I heartily recommend this team to anyone in the market for a home alarm system.

As part of building our new home in Falmouth, MA I wanted to plan and wire for an alarm system. I met with Chris Conners at his office, discussed the features we wanted and left a blueprint of the home. In about 2 days I had their plan, details and prices. After reviewing their proposal we signed and moved forward with a Honeywell Ademco system. Sean, the installer, did a meticulous job! The wiring and organization of the panel was precise and has performed as such. We have not had a false alarm in over 2 years other than ones we have created ourselves. The dispatch center has had an instant response whenever we have set off the alarm. The software for your phone is great as well. Our primary residence is 400 miles away and I get notifications of every door, window or motion detector that gets activated when someone is servicing our home.

We checked with 4 other alarm companies and Alarm New England was by far the best value.

Very happy with Alarm New England. Technician was prompt and professional. He took his time and explained the system to me and did not rush the installation. Also pleased with the cost thought that it was fair. Sales people weren't pushy. Glad I choice your company.

The team at Alarm New England was knowledgeable and honest during both the purchase and installation process. I have interacted with three people, each of whom was terrific.

We have been Alarm New England customers for several years and we could not be happier with their service and attention. The system is terrific and they have installed some upgrades as we made changes to our home. They always contact us immediately if there is a power outage, false alarm or when a smoke detector sounds. Testing the system also is easy with them. Most importantly, they give us a tremendous sense of security.
