I made the mistake for you! Learn from my lesson. . .the big alarm company is not better! I found a way out of my contract and I ran! Alarm New England is a wonderful company! You are a valued customer and they care enough to listen to you the customer and step up to make you happy!

I have been using Alarm New England for over 10 years and never have had any issues. Their response time is excellent.

I chose Alarm New England based on their reputation and ratings. I have not been disappointed. I had never owned a security alarm before, but Alexandra answered all of my questions and walked me through what equipment I would need and gave me prices. The system was delivered, I called Alarm New England and Odane walked me through installation and activation. The system was easy to install and works great!! I like the fact that my home is being monitored locally and the people from Alarm New England could not be nicer.

Alarm New England has been a wonderful partner for us here at the Community Boating Center. A super knowledgeable staff who helped us implement a solution that was the best fit for our organization. Thank you Alarm New England!

ANE delivers on it's promises. The people are prompt, efficient and friendly. Can't recommend them too highly.

I can control my alarm from my phone which is absolutely great! I had another alarm company at the Cape for a few years and I was called in the middle of the night on numerous occasions for a possible break with the sensor in the basement showing activity. It was always a spider and the police had to come out and check it out. They quoted me almost $2000 to set up the system where I could control it by my phone. I have not had any problems since we have had Alarm New England. I have never been called in the middle of the night. When there is a question the sensor check for a specific sensor shows me exactly where the problem is. I find the system user friendly and efficient. I am very pleased that I switched to Alarm New England and I do recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a security system.

Came early, found problem , replaced sensor and tested operation. Politely explained what was accomplished. I consider this a perfect service call. Bravo!

Everything has been top notch, so far. The company is very easy to deal with and are very receptive to your needs. I was very pleased with the installation and I love the high tech equipment. Luckily, I have not had any alarms, to date, but I have peace of mind knowing they are there.

I put this system into my daughters new home. I live many miles away and had it all done on the phone and they helped me get it done without one problem. Who could could ask for anything more.
