More than 1 star would be an exaggeration.

My trip to this hotel, my experience with the staff would make this review endless, so I have to try to get it down to a few lines.

Welcome day 28/07/2025.

-No smiles, no hellos, and no welcomes info about the breakfast place, or upcoming events at the hotel, nothing.

we check into a room full of sand on the floor.
A toilet brush where you can see old feces lying in layers on the bottom. DISCUSTING.

THE FIRST MORNING 29/07/25.

-On our key card, the time for breakfast is written. We get up early in the morning, go down to the reception, and now choose to follow a small group of people, in the hope that we will find the place where breakfast is eaten.

You have to go through the pool area to get to breakfast, and on this way my eldest daughter falls into a hole where a large tile has been removed from the path. You can clearly see that someone has removed this tile deliberately, as it was broken, but they have not chosen to close off the area! which is life-threatening. My daughter gets a hole in her knee, and she cries at breakfast. Several people, also from the hotel, see my daughter bleeding from her knee, and cry. No one says anything.

We come down to breakfast and there are a man who works at the hotel. He asks for our room number. We suddenly have doubts about this, and the man says with great derogatory words.

"how can you not remember your room number".

What a rude way to meet new guests.

Since the hotel is called FLAMINGO, there are several flamingo statues around the hotel.

Downstairs at breakfast we see several children going to these statues of flamingos, where parents happily take pictures of their children.

My youngest daughter, 5 years old, of course also wants to go to the flamingos, since the other children can.

There is no sign anywhere that you are not allowed to touch these statues. The statues are located in several places in the hotel, and are at child height.

Suddenly my daughter screams. Never has screams, sound so much like something from a horror movie.

Our daughter has touched the flamingo statue and my daughter's left hand can be seen completely swollen and red.

Several metal splinters can clearly be seen in my daughter's fingers. Several people see it, and only 1 sweet woman waiter from breakfast comes up to us, and looks really sad, and asks several times what has happened and if she can help.

On the lady's name tag it says

Lestien or Lestine.

She is the only one in this hotel who smiles and says good morning without being asked.
Thanks to the sweet dark-haired waiter who was at breakfast. Thanks to Lestien.

THE HOTEL ROOM

The toilet seat has large discolorations of something that looks like blood.

DAY 3 at the hotel.
Still no soap in the toilets by the pool. This info was being given several times.!

We were on vacation for 8 days, and every day of the week we swam in the pool.

The lifeguard constantly sat with headphones in his ears, legs crossed, and looked down at his cell phone.

Which lifeguard has headphones in his ears.

It's really shocking

DAY 6 at the hotel.
My daughter needs to go to the toilet, so my husband goes with her. They meet a strange man at the reception, who tells my husband that he is from the police. My husband just smiles and moves on to the toilet with my kid. This strange man, now also goes to the toilet.
My husband is standing outside the toilets, waiting for our daughter to finish.
In the meantime, the strange man has left his phone in the reception, where a porn video is playing on the screen.

!Who leaves that kind of thing lying around, playing, at children's height in a hotel reception.
It's simply too disgusting. We were so looking forward to coming home to Denmark again.

We will never come back - Never.
