I’ve found Aldermore online business savings account to be very easy to use. No problems whatsoever in the 2 or 3 years I’ve been with them.

very easy application process , very logical with landline help available , which I used briefly and was excellent and quick . Good rates and much easier than going into bank. We will use definitely use again . Website/user experience/customer service all excellent.

I saw the very good reviews on trustpilot so my wife decided to open a ISA and transfer my previous years ISAs to the new Aldermore ISA. I opened an ISA account with Leeds BS.

We found however, they have a very short funding windows of just 14 days. Its almost impossible to transfer ISAs within this time frame. It should be noted Leeds building society gives you 5 weeks to add money to an ISA.

Anyway the rate was good so we decided to open an account and start the transfer process. But we have found things are done rather manually, ie you have fill in forms and post them to Aldermore. This is rather old fashioned and prone to delays. As it has turned out, we sent forms back got letters back about incorrect forms etc etc.

The staff answer calls quickly but are a bit robotic about specific answers to questions. Also sending email through the online account is comletely hit and miss with answers. Some replies just don't answer your question, just vague replies.

So, overall opening account was easy, adding money is slightly complicated, and transferring from other ISAs is very extremely difficult.

After 2 weeks of the account opening we are still no further with a comfirmation about a cach ISA transfer, no further with a stocks and shares ISA transfer and the 14 day funding windows is almost closed!!!. For this reason we have to give this review a 1 star.

I should say the process with Leeds building society was lot easier and sucessful.

Great company have been with them for the past 3 years . I’ve found that their rates are on a par or better than most . Website is easy to use and can’t problems are dealt with efficiently by customer support . Would recommend to anyone for savings .

I love the fact that it local to us and is so easily accessible by phone if you need any questions answering. Why use anyone else!

Easy to open a new account; clarity of terms and conditions and very competitive interest rate.

I am trying to help my daughter sort out her mortgage I have never dealt with a more obstructive company! Despite filling out the forms requested they are still making it as difficult as possible for me to help her. Even a lump sum ontribution took weeks to be reflected in her account which is not available online. What banks do not allow you to view your account online in this day and age?!
Just spent another 2 hours on the phone (mostly in the Queue)! Got nowhere but told it would be escalated!

As one of my existing Aldermore Isa was maturing, I had a few queries to get answers on it I used the telephone contact process. The staff member who spoke to me very quickly was able to deal with all these queries and also was able to talk me through how to fill in all the online forms to enable me to transfer my funds to another Aldermore new account. In my view the customer service at Aldermore was exceptional.

I've transferred my cash ISA from another provider and it was extremely easy to do on line.
I was well informed and updated about the process and the transfer took no time at all, simply excellent.

It was easy to open account with Aldermore for my ISA account. The instructions to open new account and to transfer Cash ISA from other provider was easy to follow. Telephone conversation with the staff dealing with my queries was easy and explanation was clear and specific answers.
Overall Website is easy to open new account and customer services were great experience for myself and my husband.
