Great expierince and very happy with my results as I have lost over 50 kg . I was struggling before to loose weight ,tried all difrent diets and traings and nothing changed at all. Staff are very friendly and very helpfull.Thank you all especially Jessica .My life changed and i havent put wight since .

I lost 5 stone 6 pounds and feel much better in myself, I’m more confident and people are complementing me on my huge weight loss and saying how much younger I look.
In total I have lost 28” going from a size 22 to a 12/14.
It does take commitment and determination but my journey was made that much easier with the supportive therapists and medical staff.
Now that I’ve completed the stabilisation stage the hard work starts by maintaining and I’m receiving further support from the life coach to help me continue a better, healthier approach to food. Thank you to all at Alevere.

I did the program in 2020-2021 and lost 3 stone. I was really impressed with my weight loss and it made me feel fantastic. I still buy the products today and I use the Banana Desert as a daily protein shake. It tastes great and helps me manage my weight.

I have struggled all my life with my body image and having low self of steam, feeling body conscious all the time, always feeling the overweight one amongst my friends and family, but since coming across Alevere back in January 2023 I can honestly say I have never looked back.

Alevere plain and simply has changed my life, my mentally and most of all the way I look at food and nutrient!

I was due to get married in September of this year and with the help of Alevere I felt body confident, elegant, and I got to wear my dress of dreams after dropping 4stone in just 4months!

Don’t get me wrong it was a tough battle and I had days where I wanted to give up but you over come those days because because of the excessive weight loss/results you see each week and I knew deep down I wanted to change who I was and to become a happier version of me! Even after been away on holidays having my wedding and enjoying lifestyle moments it’s a super easy program to bounce back to, too loose those few extra pounds.

I would highly recommend Alevere to anyone whether that is someone wanting to loose a stone or more. The only bit of advice I would say is to believe in yourself like, believe in the Alevere health program/products it will honestly change your life for the better!

Started my Alevere journey in January 2023. I wanted to lose weight and kickstart a healthier lifestyle.
The diet does take commitment and determination but with the tailored programme and ongoing support I lost over 2 stone in 12 weeks.
The diet plan is very unique. It’s prescriptive but it’s very easy to follow and provides nutritious and satisfying foods and supplements that are easy to prepare and sit alongside a healthy eating plan that fits with any lifestyle. The team at the clinic are very supportive and provide you with all the tools needed for your journey.
The results are amazing, easily achievable and sustainable. I look and feel better than I have in years. If you need a kickstart to a ‘healthier you’ this is a great programme.

I started Alevere in January 2023 wishing to lose 3 stone. It’s daunting initially as there is a lot to take in but the therapists at the Isle of Man clinic were amazing and so supportive. It became a way of life and after 3 months I was almost at my goal weight. It’s strict and prescriptive but if you follow it then it works really well and you get rapid weight loss. I’d recommend anyone to give it a try, I’ve seen amazing results and am over the moon.

Lost 13kg in 6 weeks and I wasn’t hungry! The medical supervision makes sure you are healthy, the therapists are really caring and encouraging at the weekly body scan and the skin tightening helped too. Worth every penny

My experience with Alevere has been nothing short of amazing. i Lost 7.5st in weight over 5 months of work using their plan and weekly therapy sessions and it has completely changed my life

I had not long had a Baby and it was not long coming up to my Wedding and needed to lose a couple of pounds and heard about Alevere.
I couldn’t believe how quickly I was seeing results never been on a diet before where I was seeing such a change so fast! I couldn’t recommend it enough and couldn’t be happier that I felt back to myself so quickly from just having a baby to then feeling my absolute best for my Wedding Day.

Phoned up to make an appointment at the Lancashire clinic to start the Alevere program, This is the third time I have used the diet, and have always been pleased with the results. NOT THIS TIME!!!!!
The only contact has been via email. wrong directions were sent for the clinic but I had googled previously so i knew where to go. When I arrived there were no signs to find the clinic Finally asked several people and when I did locate where it was there was just one therapist available. No furniture around. No leaflets or information about the diet only one very dog-eared leaflet which i had to read there as couldnt take away.
Then when it came to taking the blood sample there was no working tourniquet and she had to make do with broken one. Then I was informed that there were very few appointments only weekends except for one Monday (I cannot do weekends) Then when I wished to pay Iwas told tha the clinic doesnt do payments and it is all online. No food in clinics has to be all pre ordered. No one was available to discuss this as I had to email. No doctor to take to only via a telephone consultation. But the doctor did not ring. All I keep getting is a survey on how they did which I have filled in twice but have not received one phone call or reply from them. Obviously, they do not value their customers or potential clients. Absolutely astonished as last time the whole experience was great and successful

I have struggled with my weight for over 20 years. I have tried everything and the next step for me was going to be a trip to turkey for surgery and then I found Alevere.

Yes it was tough at times but with the support from the staff at the clinics and doctors I did it.

I lost 4 stone in 16 weeks.

I have since been following Alevere Balance and have managed to keep off the weight. This was the bit I was so scared of but the investment I have made in myself and continue to do is worth it.

I started Alevere a little over two months ago and have just finished the program, having lost almost 3 stone! I put my weight on after a bereavement and struggled to get it back off...it just kept creeping up. I struggled initially as it does take a little organisation, which is not my strong suit, but with the help from my clinics therapists, I was always on track. Alevere was recommended by a dear friend and I cannot thank the Alevere team enough for helping me get back to who I once was.

This diet changed my life and my health , starting in December I was borderline diabetic , have lost a nice amount of weight and never felt healthier , if you do as you are advised and follow this diet correctly you will never look back , the staff are always welcoming and offer great advice around the foods

After paying Alevere £1000.00, 5 days later I was advised they had gone into liquidation. They offered to let me have the food since their London clinic was closed but I had lost the treatments I had paid for. Since then I have received food but it was from another diet company, Exante, and 70% of the products had a BBF date of June 2022 or November 2022. I have also been getting marketing emails still offering the clinic that they told me was closed!

Awful experience they have taken money but not provided the service & treatments & we’re talking thousands of pounds !!
There is no support & messages left unanswered.

This is a very strict and structured programme but it really worked for me and I lost a ton of weight in under 6 months.
The support structures are very good and the therapists are nice and supportive.
I would say pretty intense for someone trying to loose only a few pounds but if you need to loose a lot of weight and have struggled before this is a good way of doing so!

What a farce this company is.....
It operates on emotional sales techniques for people who need help to lose weight.
They are totally unethical as a company and have taken money for a package that they have not provided because they have staff problems. They most definetly do not treat you as a person or client but more like a cash cow.
I would not bother. Totally shocking behaviour 😳

I can happily say iv achieved my pre-lockdown weight using Alevere.
Customer care was 5 star throughout my experience at the London clinic, I never felt alone from the therapists during my weekly appointments to the support team on the phones calling and texting me between appointments to check how I was getting on.
I chose Alevere due to the Medical nature of the programme and am so glad I did, Dr Burton was on hand throughout my journey and monitored my diabetes closely. I felt well looked after and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Frankly this works because it's so expensive you'd feel a complete idiot not losing weight on it. You will lose weight but it slows down quite quickly after the initial stone. However if you are committed to this you could be committed to any other diet at a fraction of the price.
The cosmetic treatments are indeed that and I believe no scientific evidence behind them. Perhaps if you had them every day but 20 minutes of each, once a week...don't believe the hype. If you are over 40 with stretched skin it's not going to make a difference.
I am a highly active person and finding I don't have enough energy to do my usual exercise and it is beginning to be counterproductive due to the enormous volume of vegetables I'm having to eat to feel full up. Plus having sweet treats of an evening all be it alevere, means I'm not getting out of the habit of sweet treats.
2 months yes nearly 2 stone lost, but it is down to my willpower, not Alevere. I just feel for people that bankrupt themselves doing this as how many people are doing it for a second time or third time? Nearly all those on the secret Facebook page appear to have done it more than once.
So yes if you can afford to spend the money great but if it is going to leave you bankrupt think very seriously because there's nothing worse than bankrupting yourself and realising you've gained weight again.
