Bought an outdoor corner sofa from Alexander Francis last week and very impressed with the experience from beginning to end. Extremely good communication from them with regard to the delivery day and were happy to help me try and pin down the delivery company on the day of delivery for a time so i didn't have to be home all day. A lesson in customer service! Built the sofa in an hour or so and looks great, minimal skills needed-just need the sun to show so we can start using it!

We bought the Milano sofa set, we couldn't find anything even slightly similar in the lighter brown rattan in this style. The cushions are much firmer and bigger than we expected, but this was a good thing as we used it for the first time at the weekend and fell asleep in the sun....sadly now sun burnt :-(

I bought the corner unit with cushions first and was so impressed that I ordered more coloured cushions to complement the unit. All look great and seem very robust and comfortable. The whole unit looks a quality item and much better that we have seen in retail outlets.

have bought from Alexander Francis before. sometimes think prices are high for what is basically woven strips of plastic on a frame.... but same everywhere I guess! So I wait for end-of-summer reductions. Was not really in the market for anything this year, but saw the Tuscany corner set reduced and thought that would look so fabulous on our decking... and matches our existing lounger set. So we got out the credit card! So pleased we did!! The set looks fabulous, like a 5* hotel! Will need to store cream cushions carefully over winter to maintain their crisp look. Delivery was prompt, only to the kerbside which I think is a change from last time but it's all wrapped on a pallet and the sofa is modular for moving into the back garden. An older person would struggle however without help - could an "assembly" service be offered? Other than that, really pleased with the sofa and service is great (even had a courtesy call to check the delivery and that we were happy with the product).

There was always someone at Tue other end of the phone to answer questions. The Alexander Franco's team were very accommodating from the office team to the delivery man. Very happy. Quality of the work is excellent.

Put in phone order on 5th July .had a call back on 6th to comfirm order.the items will be ready for
Delivery from the 15th July , they called on that day and we took delivery on 17th
The sunbeds were just what we hoped for they look great and feel good .

You have even delivered the goods?! Site said 5-7 days on ordering, reality is it will be nearer 3 weeks! Not a good first experience of your firm I'm afraid

We found these sofas on Amazon at a great price and did a lot of due diligence before buying and was impressed by the video from the MD founder of the company, I always admire people who start up a business because they could not find the right product at great value and sure enough the sofas are great value and good quality
Customer service is excellent too and delivery was great and efficient, plus they call you afterwards to check if all is satisfactory which is a great touch.
I recommend this company highly.

I would love to comment on my table, but have been informed I will not be getting delivery until the end of June! !!! A very kind lady did call and offer me my money back , but I did say I would wait. Maybe the departments need to communicate!

Great service from start to finish. Furniture arrived in Spain on time and in great condition despite me changing the delivery date late in the process. Rachael was in contact with us to ensure everything went smoothly and the bar looks fantastic on our terrace. Had so many lovely comments from people asking where we got it. Will be ordering other items in the future :-)

I bought a gorgeous bistro set for my summer house.
Staff were extremly helpful and accomdating. The set was amazing value, top quality and excellent design.

I wanted a really good quality outdoor sofa set for my roof terrace that had really good comfort and oozed style. I couldn't be more pleased with what I found at Francis Alexander. It's transformed my outdoor space into something akin to a swanky Ibiza bar. This is going to save me a fortune in going out!

This is a stunning set of furniture- it has transformed our garden into a really stylish lounging area-and it's so comfortable! The quality is good, including the cushions which feel really substantial. We have ordered a second set of cushion covers - which I am really pleased we could do as the white, whilst looking fantastic now, is probably not very practical with dogs and small children! Would thoroughly recommend this set - and Alexander Francis have been very helpful throughout. Thank you!

We bought some wonderful outdoor furniture for our terrace which we are loving, we called up a few times before we purchased and everyone was really friendly and helpful with loads of product advise. We then called back to get a cover for it and again were met with lovely service, a really pleasurable shopping experience would definitely recommend.

Love the furniture . Turnaround time was excellent, however when delivery came was stunned to find out delivery was to front of house and they leave you with pallet and all packaging. Having had two other deliveries that week from other furniture companies where delivery chaps placed in correct place and took away packaging it was rather disappointing if I am honest.
Not sure if that was obviously spelt out on the website. I coped but others may not. A possible option could be to offer that service for a small fee £20? Or it is all abandoned at front of house until you can get help to move it to the back or inside.

Delivery man wouldn't bring sunbeds into the house or garden. He left the sunbeds at the end of the driveway on a very large old wooden pallate that he refused to take away. He said "the company" hadn't paid to have the sunbeds delivered in to the house. I risked having the sunbeds stolen from my driveway as they were too heavy to move on my own and now I have an old wooden pallate to somehow get rid of (it is huge!). Delivery service was appalling and I would like the company to arrange for the wooden pallate to be taken away. This poor delivery service ruins the whole experience of getting the new (lovely quality) garden furniture and totally lets your company down.

Really impressed with this company and also with the garden furniture we ordered. I shopped around and spoke with other companies but always felt disappointed with what was on offer. This company almost seemed too good to be true in that they had the product I wanted in stock, and they could deliver it in much less than the 6 to 8 weeks quoted by others. They in fact delivered it in 3 days and went the extra mile to accommodate me by speaking to the courier to meet my requirements. Karen and Rachel - you were excellent so thank you!
Only complaint is that they failed to provide me with sunshine to enjoy said furniture!
