We received a personal recommendation that Alexanders is very good and they lived up to it. They were certainly not the cheapest of the quotes we got but they were worth every penny. The packed with astonishing efficiency and everything was well packed. They made sure that we had access to everything that we needed during the move. It all went well like clockwork. I recommend them very highly.

The attention to detail from Alexanders was outstanding. The way our furniture was wrapped and stored ensured every piece returned in immaculate condition.

A special thanks to the removal team—especially Lucas—for treating our move as if it were their own. We had some very technical desks that needed rebuilding, and Luca made it a priority to come back the next day to complete the setup.

I couldn’t fault the company in any way.

Moving can be a stressful experience, but the whole process went very smoothly from start to finish. The video survey meant that I could show everything that needed moving in detail. The costing was came back quickly and was competitive based on the amount that needed to be moved.

Moving day was very smooth and the movers were very friendly and professional. They worked quickly and efficiently.

All in all I highly recommend if you want movers that take the stress out of the experience.

Alexander’s did a great job with my recent move. Really happy with it. Dimitar was quick and efficient with the quote, the guys arrived on time and worked hard packing, got it done quickly, were flexible with a few changes to what was going where, packed the storage room well and dropped the rest at the house. Alexanders Removals & Storage provided an overall satisfactory experience. I contacted them at the last minute and received prompt and professional assistance from Savannah, who was attentive and helpful. Throughout the process, the team was courteous and efficient, with seamless coordination for both packing and unpacking. The removal into storage and later retrieval went smoothly, despite some delays and logistical challenges. While there were no major issues, the experience was somewhat average and met expectations, but did not exceed them.

Excellent and extremely professional team. Lisa has always been helpful arranging everything and I was very impressed with Lucas and his colleague on the move day. It’s been a great all round service from Alexanders! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would use them again for any future moves.

Very good experience, swift and professional from communication to removal. Everything is well organized. I made a big blunder at the beginning of the move, affecting the schedule. But the team was very responsive, dealt with everything in a calm and professional manner. Everything after that was smooth and swift, going perfectly as planned. I really appreciate their help and understanding, and would like to extend my gratitude and apologies. It was a very good experience overall. 

This company is top notch professional. They handled my entire service extremely well from start to finish. Very thorough and transparent during the pre-move process and extremely efficient and helpful throughout.
The movers were fantastic and super fast. They didn't break a glass and the crew team leader went above and beyond during our whole move-out/move-in experience. They definitely made it stress free for us and I cannot recommend them enough. Over five star service!

Despite the short notice, Justyna managed to arrange our moving day on the weekend seamlessly. Justyna's knowledge and expertise were invaluable in planning my move, and I cannot recommend her highly enough!

The moving crew was also punctual and worked efficiently, taking great care to protect my belongings with packing materials.

My experience with Alexander’s has been excellent from start to finish. From Tony first coming out to provide a quote, to Callie being assigned my Move Manager and then Robin and his team coming to pack and move. The customer service and follow up from Callie is fantastic - she is incredibly responsive, helpful and answers all your questions to ensure you feel comfortable and reassured. Robin and his team (including Marius) are incredible too - polite, efficient and so fast at what they do.

Alexanders provided a seemless and fantastic service. The communication from the office was really fast and clear (Justyna), which helped us to feel at ease about the whole process. The removal team were brilliant, so organised, really efficient and asked questions to ensure we were happy with the loading and unloading of items. We have used Alexanders removals several times. We always come back to them because of their excellent service and professionalism. Today was the second of a two day job; we had Kris and Adalin doing the move and they were outstandingly good. It is not the first time that we have had Kris lead the team for our moves, in fact we asked for him this time because of the great job he has done in the past. Yesterday the team was led by Tomek who is also great. We also had a good experience with the move manager Dimitar, who was flexible and helpful. I highly recommend Alexanders!

The service was impeccable. From the first enquiry to the removal day itself. Having had several quotes, Alexanders put more people on the job and did it in one day, unlike the other companies. The men worked so hard it was quite incredible. We have no hesitation in recommending them. First class.

I needed a contingency quote after a problem surfaced with another company. It was the very end of the business day on a Friday, but I spoke with Savannah, a most professional, polite, charming and helpful young lady who listened patiently and did all she could to help me get a quote as quickly as possible, following up afterwards to check on required information.
