Went to enquire about 2/3 pairs of glasses having been there and purchased glasses and always received polite and good service, but after today never again, was met at the door by the gestapo, 2 women who were rude and trying to explain why we had to wear a mask clearly our custom isn't welcome!!!

When I asked to justify the shipping cost, they couldn't give me a straight answer
Pricing seems competitive, unfortunately customer service is just bad. Despite having goods in stock and despite 3 phone calls it took 4 weeks to ship the goods. Never received anything, allegedly shipment got damaged. I ended up cancelling my order. Not for a broken shipment but for continuous broken promises of "will ship today".
Sent me the wrong product so I called to return and they gave me the run around for about a week. Finally someone emailed me the return process and was it so confusing !!! Like Wow! They also wanted me to pay the shipping on a box that was so gigantic it will cost me double of what the product is....Why do they have to send a small piece of foam in a box I can't even fit in my car.? I emailed them about it and no reply SO now I am out the money ,Product and it has to go in the trash because I have no use for it! Thanks ALL-Spac... your the Best!
They never deliver on time, my last order was for more than $1500 at 9AM and I pay overnight shipment, for one of the Items you must buy minimum 10 items I agree and they call me to explain they have only 9 in stock so they obligate you to buy something that they don't even have in stock. I agree and told I need this order urgently and they confirm will send overnight. Finally I never get the items, they says I put the order to late (9AM). I have more than 10 employees without nothing to do in a production line. this is not the first time I get late delivers from them.
