I ordered a $40 pair of pants through AllChinaBuy, relying entirely on the seller's size chart. The item arrived with a massive 6 cm sizing error. The advertised waist for a size M was 80 cm, but the pants I received measured 74 cm (even smaller than their size S). I provided the aftersales team with crystal clear photo evidence using a measuring tape. Instead of protecting me, AllChinaBuy refused to refund the item because the "seller wouldn't reply to them". They offered a low-value shipping coupon instead. The whole point of using an agent is to get buyer protection. If a seller outright lies about their measurements, AllChinaBuy will wash their hands of it and you will lose your money. Be very careful.

My package has been stuck in China customs for 45 days because of their mistake. They won’t take responsibility and they won’t help you when you have problems. They just keep telling me to wait until my package gets seized. Don’t use ACB anymore.

WARNING: MAJOR SECURITY RED FLAGS. I have been a long-term customer of this company, but under the new management, the experience has been a nightmare. After already paying over $1,000 for my order, they demanded that I send photos of my credit card, my PIN, and my driver’s license. No legitimate business asks for this sensitive information after a payment has been processed.

When I refused to compromise my security, they refused to fulfill the order and are now refusing to refund the money I already paid. I have tried reaching out through multiple channels with no resolution. It is also clear they are soliciting fake 5-star reviews on Trustpilot to hide these issues. Avoid this company at all costs—it’s not the same business it used to be.

The customer service answered my question fully, and answered in a very short period of time! They helped me greatly and the worker was so kind.

Great Service

After waiting over a month, the tracker updates saying it was delivered without receiving any package. The tracker has updated to show the package was received on a date I had previously checked on, and there was no update.

I refunded 40 usd out of my acb wallet which I received in my bank then I tried to refund my last 100 usd from the wallet and I still ain’t receive nothing. This was 30 days ago

My parcel I ordered of AllChinaBuy using UPS shipment with tracking number 1ZB87Y470414942615 has had no movement since 09/02/26.
I contacted UPS, and they confirmed that the shipper must open a missing package investigation. It’s been over 6 days and no updates. Not impressed and could do with some feedback and updates

Ordered and shipped with Allchinabuy 9 times. Always quick and reliable with good communication. Will continue to use.
