This company are a disgrace. I bought an item that had a part missing. I sent it back to the address I was provided with and they informed me that it is no sufficient evidence to refund me even though I have the proof of posting. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM ALLIEXPRESS I fought them for months but it’s just a waste of time and money

I ordered a 4g cctv camera. Funds was deducted from my account. Camera was not sent and have refused to give back refunds.

After one month - nothing ...
Cannot contact them - so called help desk just reroutes you round + round ... No point even having a sign in account - paypal useless as the say Alipay? has been used - impossible to raise any issues,
glad i didnt order much !!!

feel free to buy from them. really ugly customer service and they write really ugly and finally write to me that it is me who has to pay for the return and afterwards they pay back the shipping, which I don't trust them

Ordered an egg roller. Its arrived battered and brown taped into a box tat had cleared been opening and seemingly kicked about on the floor. I took then item out of the box and followed instructions to get it to work. Unsurprisingly the thing wouldn't switch on, no lights, no heat, no noise. I request a refund and return to Alli. They asked me for a video of it not working despite my initial 2 x photo submission.... I argued this, they agreed they will send a returns label and issue a refund. 2.5 weeks on and 5 messages from m6erlf requesting a returns label and I still haven't had one. Theif and fraud is a crime and a crime has been committed here.

I have been using Alliexpres for a while now. This week I received boxer shorts from them which did not fit. I offered to pay for return shipping so I could get a larger size , but was rejected because they don’t take returns even when the product was still completely sealed and unopened. It said on the website that they would accept returns if unopened but I was told that they didn’t accept returns.

Terrible after sales service if goods become faulty.

I have ordered watch order id 8125635239316408 from alliexpres store Vi-Audeo expert.
I paid 70.2 dolar ,watc with 16 icons on the screen. The saler send me another watch with 4 icons on screen(cheper). I send few sms but he play with me .i want him to send me the real watch what i have ordered or to refuned me. Thanks

The orders are passing very slow. But the customer service is very receptive and trustfull. They will always resolve your problems and make refoud your money almost instantly if is the case. The worst thing is that will take minimum 2 months for your order to arrive.

Ordered 3 pairs two were scratched on delivery. One scratch is directly in the line of sight..... Poor effort from what I can tell. Aliexpress used to be good but lots of shifty sellers now. I'm going back to EBay

I think this site is really good actually, before purchasing of course checked reviews and ratings of every item I’ve bought. Just once happened my product to never arrived but got a refund immediately. Very happy with everything I’ve purchased from here, products take time to arrive but it’s worth it since the shipping it’s really cheap.

Some things that I purchased didn't look anything like in the pictures. But overall is okay, you can ask for a refund if you don't receive your order (happened to me once) and I got the refund.

I order a lot from alliexpress and in general have mostly good experiences. I had never ordered anything really expensive so can't say how it would be if you order a phone or simmilar but for clothes for kids (especially certain sellers) some toys and kitchen gadgets and even some sterling silver jewellery it's great. I had to deal twice with strange and dishonest sellers but I got my money back eventually as they have the buyer's protection. Some goods are of a very poor quality but unfortunately if you pay a pound or so for a product with free delivery there is not much to complain about! ;) In general I am usually very pleased! You can get things you buy on ebay for quarter of a price there and it's exactly the same... The waiting times are very different and depend on the seller. Some orders I got within a week and for couple I had to wait over two months! Some sellers mark item as dispatched and they don't post it for a month so it is a bit if a lottery. So far the most expensive item I ordered was a 50cm Miffy bunny dimmable kida room lamp for £38 and in UK you have to pay £100 - £120 for that! It arrived within a week and it's amazing. Although couple of months ago I ordered the same one from a different seller, I never got it and untill I messaged them I had no clue what's going on. I got my money back no problem though. In general not too bad in a long run!

Generally, the products correspond to the description on the site and are of normal quality. But, attention, sellers are not always correct and do not send orders. Your money is taken out of your account, but you do not receive the products. Aliexpress's customer relationship service has some dealings with sellers and does not return the money. Careful! It does not matter that the store has five stars. Careful!
