Oh, I see they are famous of not satisfying the customer.
My daughter made an order , and half the order didn't arrive. Refund for the missing items was denied and it wasn't a fiver's worth of things, it was £50 . I have to add she isn't working, but a full time student.
All the communication is being ignored now , but we will escalate it further, that is rather an unfair business tactic.

used to be great to use, yes the prices were higher including delivery and service charge but recently are not giving any refunds at all, my partners mum ordered for her family with her, her family and 3 kids coming up to about 56-60 and the food never turned up and she couldn't get a refund absolutely stupid.

What makes this worse was me and my partner ordered food yesterday from a restaurant and the food wasn't safe to eat as it had mould on it and they still wouldn't give a refund

Driver parked in disabled bay, told about and he got abusive and threatening while I had a disabled child in car, Hadleigh Macdonald's and was also got called white trash ( what's classed as racist)

Another order I placed yesterday and yet again a missing item of £3.99 for a salad that was not in the bag.

So fed up with this company never refunding me for missing items, how they can get away with it all the time is unbelievable!!!!

We ordered from greggs shop via just eat ( scam artists) and have not received our order, we got a message to say it was Delivered
Then the message was deleted
We contacted greggs shop who told us that the courier had collected the order. Greggs have taken it seriously I hope just eat give us our refund, Eventually we were able to get a refund after complaining on X
PayPal were excellent & stopped the payment from going through, Greggs were superb & gave us a voucher. But JUST EAT never bothered to acknowledge that their courier was in the wrong

Ordered at 19:15 for a delivery at 19:45 order arrived at 20:45 , food stone cold, inedible. Food straight in the bin and to think I paid for this delivery. Will NEVER use this firm again, absolutely pathetic service. I’m very disappointed that I couldn’t give zero stars. According to the app the order left KFC at 20:35 so even the app is useless

Worst experience ever as the food ordered was smelly and since more than half an hour late I was forced to throw out the entire order despite refund of my order just eat write this beautiful email reply to which I think they not only least concerned about the consumer experience but also came into support of unheigene food order which only shows they are more likely after the business with their food delivery partners well done and kudos to this unapologetic experience and thank you for your customer service

I placed an order which was delivered however there were missing items so I contacted just eat who advised they delivery had been made and that was the end of the matter . I replied saying yes it was but items were missing . I got an immediate response saying that was their final decision the order had been received. I am disgusted at this awful service

I missed the doorbell as I was in the garden and was notified that my order was delivered in a safe place, when I checked my doorbell footage the driver had took it away.
I reported this to Just eat telling them I had footage of this and they said no it was delivered so I can't get the refund for my order.
Also in trying to sort this out I discovered I couldn't speak to them direct.
Really Bad service never will I use them again.

After giving a number of second chances definitely NEVER using Just Eat again! So so disappointed - not only do they deliver much later than requested my last order last night was literally totally cold! There is no easy way either to complain - absolutely awful experience every time. Never again :-(

Terrible ordered groceries £100 some arrived 47.00 worth missing. The whole order went through on the till but never made it to my home. Thought I would try just eat as deliveroo bad but turns out just eat even worse. Perhaps if they paid their drivers better they wouldn’t keep nicking the shopping!!!! They need to sort this out

Really bad service 2 times I had ordered and the two orders bad the first one lost items and the second one not delivered and showed delivered .

What a useless rude company. I was in hospital as a patient and made very clear delivery instructions which is one thing but under special directions i wrote a detailed way to find me. The 1st order Pizza, took forever then just put delivered as a status and we never saw the driver and had no food. Apparently he asked at the front deskwhich I know is a lie as I am in hospital a lot and they swore blind no one had come in, I complained. I ordered some burger to get over missing out on pizza and almost the exact thing happened, I was stunned at this. Both the companies had charged me nearly £20 each. I asked for a refund from both and so far had one reply saying the driver asked at front desk. I can assure you he did not and I had them on hight alert looking for takeaway guy.

I find it disgusting the drivers lie, some cannot even speak english and now Just Eat just take my money and go. Again this company is awful, the driver is bare faced lying.
I feel at the very least i deserve full refunds in both cases and a reply with some sort of explanation - 07597 578798.
I feel very very let down by mainly the lack of interest, the lying, no communication. I will not use Just Eat again as it is a lottery if you even get it, they have not re-funded me or helped in anyway.

The good news is we got pizza from someone who can read and follow simple instructions. I must have ordered by my self or with with others about 40 times, 37 they have got right so why shoot yourselves in the foot. There is a lot of people who want to order food but all say do not use Just Eat as their reliability is awful.

I am going to continue the battle as why should the steal £40 from me and offer no reason. The two establishments which have taken my money and not refunded are Pizza Italia (Carlisle) and Sin City burgers (carlisle) avoid both strongly.

The order appears to have been delivered, but my order was never delivered. There is no way to contact them. They are big scammers, and there is no chance of contacting them.

THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN, I PLACED AN ORDER THROUGH THEM THEY NEVER DELIVERED THE ORDER BUT PUT DOWN AS DELIVERED

Awful customer service received a order that wasnt even ours complete wrong order spoke to the restaurant told to go through just eat sent photos of what i had ordered (a screenshot) and photos of what i had received totally different food and i got refused a refund just a bog standard not on this occasion can we offer a refund what the hell when the order is completely wrong how could a refund not be issued on this occasion never heard nothing like it think justeat are onto a win by all these reviews scamming people the service is appalling

I got scammed. When I order Mac Donald’s when it was supposed to be here it didn’t show up. When I checked they said it was DELIVERED WOW. They didn’t give me a refund and I didn’t even get to eat

Hello.
I made an order on the 8th of March and I paid for it. While I was waiting for the delivery to come and saw him live on the app on the way to my place, I received a phone call from the delivery guy telling me that the restaurant is closed and I should ask for a refund from Just Eat.
I checked that the restaurant was indeed closed and then I asked Just Eat for a refund.
They finally informed me 3 days later
( today) that I can't have back my money. Then I asked them who is responsible for their mistake and never replied back.
I think this company is fraud and people should be very careful.
This was the first and last time that I have used Just Eat to order food.

They resolved my issue urgently and they are so polite

Disgusting behaviour they should be banned missing items from my order and was not refunded!
