I was skeptical after not getting any 'Order acknowledgment' email, but less than 24hrs later the pump arrived at my door!

Really poor customer service. Tried to charge me £9 to deliver a small £2 plastic part that would fit in an envelope. When calling in to see if anything could be done to lower postage cost person who answered just wasn't interested in helping. Avoid this ripoff merchant.
Ordered a pump but it didn't arrive. This company wouldn't do anything to help, they were agents buying from suppliers and marking the price up. They would not process any refund or replacement. I eventually got my product by going direct to the pump supplier, who found there was a mix up with delivery. Allpumpsdirect didn't want to know once they had received my money!!!!
