I ordered a Masuri T line titanium…

I ordered a Masuri T line titanium helmet from USA. They said it will take 4 to 6 weeks because it was a personalized helmet. I paid $200 USD. I didn’t receive the helmet. After waiting for more than a month, I received an email saying the company is in administration. How should I get the money back? Is there anyone who can help me?

AllRounder have gone into administration- do not order

Ordered in October - still no delivery.

Emailed multiple times and was told it was an end supplier issue. I rang the supplier and found out this is a lie.

AllRounder has gone into administration and is happy to take your money with no intention to provide stock. Contact your bank immediately if you have ordered from them.

Scam website avoid at all cost they take your money but don't send out goods you paid for not will they refund you.

Allrounder cricket took my foster sons money he had saved himself for months of pocket money and birthday money which I added to as part of his Xmas gift and his birthday gift to order a Kookaburra cricket bat, knocking in service and a Kookaburra bag with total cost of £456. Cricket is the best thing in his life now allrounder cricket have taken that away from him as he won't have a bat to play this summer. I can't afford to replace this for him. I have asked my bank for a chargeback but don't think a refund will be made because they now say they are in administration even though they are still trading. To steal from a child in care is shameful and they are total scum.

Fraudulent

Spent a significant amount of money with them. Told 4-8 week turnaround no response to any update request. Went directly to the supplier said they had my order but all round cricket hadn’t transferred any money so no progress on order. I wasn’t the only one. Now trying to reclaim money via bank. Supplier gave me discount due to issues with all rounder cricket

Non existent customer service

I ordered the wrong size bat, so wanted an exchange couldn't get through to them on Facebook phone, live chat or email so Sent the bat back only to receive an email saying they had return the bat to me and refused the exchange! Won't use them again !

Don’t buy from here

Don’t buy from here. I don’t know if it’s a scam but it’s so disorganised it feels like a company that will probably cease trading soon. I stupidly ordered before reading these reviews. Called my bank and got them to do a chargeback since impossible to speak to company to cancel order. Items eventually arrived weeks later anyway, though one item was not what I ordered. Sent it back. They’ve never acknowledged receipt, never followed up with my bank about the chargeback either. So I’ve not paid for what I ordered but also not been refunded for what I returned. That’s why I say it’s disorganised rather than a scam. Let’s call it a draw and move on.

Do Not Trust

I ordered a new cricket helmet and when the order came it was a bag / baseball cap and men’s 2XL trousers. Have been trying to get hold of them for 1 week now via email or phone . There web chat doesn’t work . The phone goes to an answering machine “which says “
go on the website !! Am now stuck with items which I can’t use and have lost my money and no helmet .

Absolutely shocking experience

Absolutely shocking experience - I ordered some pads on 24th December and have received nothing. I have sent them 3 emails and submitted a contact form on their website, which they have ignored. No other way to communicate with them. Just avoid this company at all costs.

PLEASE AVOID

PLEASE AVOID, THEY ARE A SCAM. Cannot understand why trading standards have not shut them down. I ordered a cricket helmet for my son on the 6th Jan, confirmation received, and now nothing. No response to emails or phone calls. Fortunaly used a credit card so will be processing a refund when they 30 days have expired.

Update 3/2/26- just had an email telling me they have gone into administration and I have to get a refund from the bank! Beware-the website is still taking orders!!

Ordered items mid Nov, still nothing.!!

Multiple emails and calls not response.. would seriously not recommend, disgraceful service. As others have mentioned, no point in sending offers when you’re not shipping anything.

They are a part of Yorkshire Cricket Club, but even they can’t help..

Please avoid this company

Please avoid this company. I returned an expensive item over 6 weeks ago by recorded delivery. Despite the company initially confirming that they had received the return and had updated their system to process a return, I have still not received payment. They have not responded to a chasing email and their helpline chat function does not work.

Cricket bag for Christmas didn't arrive

Ordered a Gray Nicolls cricket bag for christmas. After chasing the company they told me the bags had been delayed coming from the supplier. I asked for a refund. A month later I am still chasing the company for the refund and I have been unable to get any response.

Wish I'd read reviews first!! Order was accepted, then told not in stock, then turned up. OK with that but trying to return an item is a joke. They do not answer any method of communication. What an utter disgrace 😤 😒 AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

Scammer's site

I ordered a bowling machine for my kid, got only order confimation, nothing after that website doens't work and wrong contact number. It's a scam don't order anything on this website. I should have read this before I order on this website.

Awful company - no delivery & completely unresponsive

Awful company. Read the reviews before buying ANYTHING. I mistakeingly didn't and ordered a cricket bag, got the email confirmation and 6 days later it's radio silence. I've called their phone number (it's "busy"), emailed and went on their live chat on their website and no reply. Crazy to think a company like this exist in 2026, probably won't for much longer with the bulk 1 star reviews like this.
