Thought the deal was too good to be true, but it wasn’t. Ordered the hot tub and it arrived by courier two working days later. Brilliant! Would definitely recommend!

All Round Poor Service
Delivery in 2 days became 7,(the delivery Co cancelled on the day it was due saying they hadn't received it in time ) cushions for the toulouse chairs do not fit, after a number of days trying to contact customer service online chat social media and telephone I spoke to Tom who requested I email photos, which I did, he said he would be in touch later that day this was ages ago no reply since and unable to make contact again. I would like it returned and a refund but doubt this will happen.
Don't purchase from this company. Unless headaches are your thing.

All round fun..... Garden table and chairs.
Ordered a garden table and 4 chairs on the Thursday, rang the next day to ask if they send an automated email, as we hadn't received one. The guy I spoke to was very helpful and sent me a manual email of confirmation. Tracked order and as was told, would recieve an email from tuffnells as our goods left the depo, recieved the email on the Monday, to say we would have our order on the Tuesday as arranged, table and chairs delivered promptly on the Tuesday morning, from a friendly guy. Very quick and efficient service. Goods fab too, easy to assemble and look great. 😀

Had to contact you twice regarding my order. First time I was told a contact would be made within 24hrs but nothing happened. I would have been happy that my item was delayed but was not made aware of this. On my second contact your response was quick and my item was delivered within 2 days as promised on the website.
